Lovely view from the room ( we were on the 9th Floor). Neat and tidy, good breakfast, and very close to the parties at Patong. We had a great stay, will stay here again Tip: Go to the sky lounge on 24th floor to watch the sunset

Great location to party with your friends or partner!! Surrounded by bustling fun and shows. Hotel room is spacious and clean, staff is helpful too. Breakfast is about the same everyday, but not too bad~ Will come back here next time!

Good location with the Beach, Bangla Road and plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Very comfortable bed. Housekeeping seemed slow by comparison to other hotels, but was done by late afternoon. Sliding panels between bathroom and bedroom are a negative, as you hear everything! Overall though a plus and I would stay again.

Lovely hotel and pool , room was great , very very nice bed I think only down side for me and I probs should of said because it’s close to two mange drag bars that Go on till 1-2am is kinda kept me awake for being up at 6am to leave so next time will ask to be other side of hotel so away from the club side , But was lovely stay

Title: Terrible Experience – Bed Bugs & Poor Hygiene I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. On the first night, the bed was full of sand, which was unacceptable. We notified the staff, and they changed the sheets, but the next night was even worse. I woke up covered in bed bug bites all over my body. When we informed the hotel staff, they showed no concern, did not apologize, and offered no compensation. The lack of hygiene and poor customer service made this a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Response from Property: We are sorry to have brought you an unpleasant stay experience. The hotel sent the housekeeping staff to check. Didn't find any insects or bed bug in the room. The previous guest stayed in this room never reported this problem. But the hotel sincerely apologized once again.

Clean. Easy access. Nice staff. But the location is bit far from the island. Need to pay 3000 thb for deposit. Overall ok

The hotel has no bellhop to take your luggage you must grab to room by yourself, and again from your room to lobby by yourself when leaving. They ask for around 3k baht or 100$ deposit. **** isn’t allowed and fined in hotel rules, yet you can smell **** everywhere in the rooms floor(hall), sometimes you smell it inside your room even! The pool is extremely small for the number of guests. Not so crowded always, but no spot for you if you or on season. They bath tub is extremely dirty with scratches and dirts that doesn’t wash off by water or normal cleaning. Room sound isolation is like 70%, I was in 11th floor yet late at night you can still hear some loud noises. The food is average not many asians options or varieties in general, but its fine overall not bad. Ask for happy hour for all drinks types alcoholic and non-alcoholic you buy 1 get 1 free at a very nice view from their restaurant on the last floor. Very nice view from restaurant above too and average prices. Not so expensive. Around 300-1k baht per 1 person for eating good.
