One of the worse accommodations I ever try, especially with that *******desk manager! With that *******sound anything you ask just answer like robot! Ok Sir, yes Sir. Ough. Had a plan to stay with friends and family for 20 days. But just stay couple of days because of couldn’t cancel this ****ty hotel. Never ever try there! Very old buildings,*************(especially desk manager) and all dirty even beds!

Our room was below average. Our air conditioner was spilling water one night. The kettle in the room was dirty. Seems like someone cooked noodles and the room service didn't clean it properly. Sharing pictures. Location was good and they have good breakfast food non vegetarian guests. For veg they had less options.

Beautiful hotel with its cute swimming pool and a big hotel must stay here if you visit phuket,thailand.

The moment alight infront of hotel, i am skeptical.. Pros n Cons Pros Location - near walking street, food, amenities Price - very affordable Room size - huge living, balcony n seperate bedroom Cons Noise - extreme noisy External - Building facade very old incl Lobby to lift n corridor to room. Internal - flooring old tiles, old furnitures, curtains, sofas cleanliness not satisfactory. Didnt even bother to take any pics.. Check out within an hour and switches to another hotel which my wife and myself were extremely happy..

Hotel looked a bit run down and it’s a bit off the beaten track. I wound up not staying there after I saw it.

Very disappointing 😞 especially the attitude of the reception manager was very rude and discourteous. We requested late check out since my mother was unwell, the reception manager showed complete disregard and lack of concern. Will never recommend this hotel to visit with the family.

Very nice and comfortable hotel by the beach that's very close to the center point of Patong.

Our experience at Patong Heritage Hotel was great. The location is superb, and the welcoming staff, including the bellman and front desk team. The hotel went above and beyond by upgrading our room. The breakfast options were plentiful, making our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire team!

Nice place in the centre of Patong, around 10 minutes walk to the beach. Service is great, staff is very polite and helpful. The only inconvenient thing I noticed was poor lighting.
