酒店位置在山上，自駕遊的要租大cc的車，因為路很斜，附近有便利店但沒很多餐廳，villa附近很多沒完工的房所以也沒很多配套，room service 比較慢可能是因為員工室位置都偏遠要坐shuttle bus來，有提供住客shuttle bus每半小時一班，整潔程度很讚villa內也很新，沒很多蟲子

整體都算不錯的，職員whatsapp回覆很快，需求的都會幫忙安排。但有部份設備，應該先檢查後才給客人checkin會好很多。
如玻璃門門鎖有損壞，有洗手間有燈唔work，有沖涼房滲水，水力算可接受，同洗手間通風可跟進一下，唔開部份窗，洗手間會有渠味焗住。

Having enjoyed pool villas on a annual basis, Calucine Villa was by far the best villa I have been to in **********. Pleasant surprise right after our first trip after COVID
The ********** description does not include the variety of convinient services provided by the villa, thereby underselling the greatest value of the place
With their selfmade application and iPad they provide, free shuttle to the beach, visiting massage, breakfast and tour program with just a click. Our couple tried all the services and enjoyed the massage and the phi phi tour program( compared the prices with all local agencies)
But most of all, it has the most responisve communication service. a clear point of contact who takes care our inquiries and provides sevices.
I also praise their fabulous interior. Modern but also ergonomic
