The view was absolutely stunning, I stayed building No.5 for 3nights. The snorkeling spot was near my room. However the hotel was working on the maintenance to renew few rooms in building No. 5 5124 so it was extremely loud. So I had to called the reception to switch room and we moved to further down room 5135. To be honest, I prefer to stay in a room with updated facilities like those Europeans, but it seems the hotel really wants to put all Chinese together in No.5  I don't know why. In the end of day, we paid same amount of money to stay with this hotel,  I hope next time the hotel can arrange me in a building with updated facilities instead of a loud and far room. Apart from that, most things are pleasant.

Great resort not far from the airport where there is plenty to do for people for kids of all ages. Thrill seeking water rides, splash parks, foam parties, stacks of pools and sundowners, fitness activities, gym and sauna plus feast of food choices and drinks on tap. Great service from the staff there and a really fantastic holiday!

Our stay at albertos was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, the service was outstanding, food was okay, swimming pool could do with some heating.

Conclusion first: This hotel is worth it and the service is very good. I will come again on my next trip to Egypt.
Let's talk about the details
Food: There are many choices for all three meals, especially dinner, and there are Asian restaurants to choose from. Both of us from Chongqing adapted to the food and felt very comfortable. We didn't have diarrhea like we did when we traveled to Thailand.
Accommodation: The room was very clean and large, facing the atrium swimming pool directly. There was the sea on the side. Very good.
Sea view: The beautiful Red Sea is very quiet and beautiful, and the jelly-like sea surface can be seen everywhere.
Service: I didn't see any discrimination by the staff at all. They even welcome Chinese people. Since our driver would arrive late, he also helped us to delay the check-out for 2 hours for free.

The hotel is very large. We stayed in a room on the first floor. The overall environment was relatively clean. However, when we first checked in, we found several hairs on the sink in the toilet. The room was dimly lit. The food in the restaurant was not tasty. During outdoor activities, we could see the staff cleaning all the time. This hotel is very suitable for bringing children to play various amusement facilities. It is far from the hotel's own beach and there are many people. You can either take a shuttle bus or walk there.

Hotel is very organized! Service was amazing! Quality of food, drinks and cleanliness of the hotel is superb!Staff are very helpful and friendly! Mr. Ayman in the reception did a great job during the check-in as well! I would totally recommend that place to everyone!

Most of them are European and American families. If you are traveling with children, I recommend staying here. You must order three meals a day to ensure satisfaction. Children can have fun. There are also children's programs in the evening. If you are not on a long vacation, there is no need to stay in this type of hotel just to visit the Red Sea water project.

Facilities: The hotel has many restaurants, buffet restaurants and reservation restaurants. Some people say that they cannot make a reservation for the seafood restaurant, which is possible. Other restaurants are also good.

Environment: I am very satisfied with the environment and supporting facilities. Although I don’t like to go to the swimming pool in the afternoon sun, I like to get up early for sunrise and the beach after sunset.

Service: The habit of tipping is what Egyptian waiters expect now. My suggestion is that if you are satisfied with their service, about one dollar is fine. They will be very happy and positive. You will also get more positive and friendly service.

Booked more than 400 per night with three meals for two. This big hotel is only my Chinese and the others are blonde. The hotel is beautiful and the red castle type is very Arabic. There is more than an hour of free performances every night in a semicircular theater. The hotel also has a small museum. There are several swimming pools, and in winter there is a heated pool where you can play water volleyball. You can also play mini golf, darts, table tennis, tennis, aerobics and parent-child activities for free. Three meals a day are good. There are several restaurants, and the ice cream shop cafe bar is free. It's a little far from the beach but there is a shuttle bus. I didn't go to the beach because I booked a two-day trip to the sea. It doesn't matter if the hotel is not at the beach if I feel the sea. A five-minute walk near the hotel has a very large variety of supermarkets that can be visited for a long time. If you are tired of the hotel, you can change the taste at several restaurants in the supermarket entrance. There are also shops and supermarkets in the hotel, and the prices are ok. A small road next to it is Jungle Paradise Hotel, which is bigger like a big park to visit, and no Asian can see it. Stayed for three nights and did n’t have enough. I just left the terrain and left. Try the next Jungle Paradise Hotel next time.

The room was so spacious, I was a solo traveler, but the room was big enough for 4 people. The room had its own walk in closet, and the bathroom was great. Shower space was huge, also had a spot to sit/ lie down whilst showering. There was also a nice balcony overseeing the resort. The rooms were cleaned everyday, I had a guy named Sabary cleaning my room, who is a top bloke, extremely hard working, and he could speak 4 languages (Arabic, English, Russian and German). He tried his absolute best to keep the rooms clean, and to ensure you were enjoying yourself. The food was great, there was a huge variety, the aqua park and pools were awesome. Everything about this resort was just brilliant.

The hotel rooms are large and well-equipped. Children eat and stay for free. It's an all-inclusive package and the food is OK. There is plenty of meat, but no seafood. The hotel has a beach and you can snorkel. It's just that it's a bit cold to go in the water in winter. But there are two heated swimming pools, which makes up for the regrets of the children.

İnanılmaz güzel bir tatildi. Öncelikle Sharm’a ilk gidişimizdi o sebepten detaylı bilgi vermek isterim bende bu youmlar sayesinde otele karar verebildim, iyi ki de bu oteli seçtim. Sharm otel tatili için gidilebilecek bir yer, Antalya Belek gibi otellerle çevrili ve otelinizin beachi olması avantaj, diğer otellerden transferlerle geldiler ve bu servis saatlerini kovalamak demek, bu sebepten beachi olması çok avantajlıydı denizi de rengarenk balıklarla birlikte yüzebileceğiniz, resifler için dalış rotalarına gitmek zorunda kalmayacağınız güzellikteydi. Ayrıca beachin barında ki Ahmed’e çok özel teşekkürler hergün inanılmaz bir ilgiyle ve özenle içeceklerimizi hazırlayıp, servis etti, hoş sohbetiyle,güler yüzüyle yardımcı oldu bize. Keza beachte ki sandiviçleri hazırlayan Ahmed’e de çok teşekkürler, evet Sharm’ın yarısı Ahmed diğer yarısı Muhammed :) Bu arada bütün çalışanlar inanılmaz özverili ve güleryüzlülerdi herkese çok teşekkürler. Odalar bakıma ihtiyaç duyuyor ancak bence ***et kafiydi, yataklar sertti evet ama garip bir şekilde çok dinlenerek ve sırt ağrısı olmadan uyandım, banyolar belki biraz yenilenebilir otelle ilgili tek ufak nokta bu, tabii temizlik benim için yeniliğinden daha önemli olduğu için çokta önemli gelmedi. Sharma giderken birçok otelin yorumunu inceledim, hepsinde yemeklerden baharatlardan vs şikayetçilerdi biz o sebepten büyük beklentiyle gitmedik yemeklerden yana karnımız doysa yeter diye düşünürken bizi en çok şaşırtan bu nokta oldu. Yemekler i-na-nıl-maz iyiydi. Tabii şöyle bir durum da var, otelin japan mutfağı hariç diğer tüm ala carte restoranları da ekstra ücrete tabi ￼olmadan kullanılabiliyor, bir akşam önceden rezervasyon ile. Ala cartelar inanılmazdı biz o sebepten sadece bir akşam hariç hep ala carte da yedik yemeklerimizi.Özellikle de iki akşamımızı Lebanese (Lübnan) mutfağında değerlendirdik ve muhteşem ötesiydi. Doğu anadolu damak tadına çok yakın yemekler ve inanılmaz iyi bir şefi var mutlaka deneyin.  Ayrıca en özel teşekkürün biri de gerek güler yüzü, beyefendiliği ve nezaketi ile Lebanese Mutfağında ki Mohammed El Sayed’e , bizlere lübnana özel lezzet deneyimi yaşatmak için çok misafirperverdi. Hiçbiryere bu uzunlukta yorum yazmam ama biz Sharm ı ve mısırlıların bizlere karşı misafirperverliğini çok sevdik. Umarım size de biraz aydınlatıcı olur yorumlar.

There are many rooms and the overall decoration is relatively new. There is only one special restaurant that is difficult to make a reservation. There are several other restaurants, but the meals are the same, lunch and dinner are the same, except for fish, there is no other seafood. There is a small water playground, many swimming pools, a long beach, and many shallow reefs. You need to pay extra to go out to sea.

Everything was great, service, food, location and hospitality of the staff, but there was a very unpleasant moment that our balcony did not close and since we lived on the first floor and we had a terrace, anyone could come into our room, since there were expensive things and equipment and money in the room, this moment really worried us and we went to the reception 4 times asking to fix this problem and each time we were told that they had already been to you and done everything, but in fact no one did anything, after a small scandal, we were offered to wait for the repairmen in the room and monitor the work, it was great that we came on vacation, paid a lot of money for the room and three hours of our time from 20-00 to 23-00 (this is just the most interesting time when the entertainment program is on and everyone is walking and relaxing at show time) we had to sit in the room to wait for the repairmen, and then wait for them to fix it all, to the question why we should waste our time to this, we were told, “well, you want your lock repaired”

One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.

The room is big, the food is a bit mediocre, you can eat enough, there are many activities, it is recommended to bring children. The scenery is also good. There are many foreigners snorkeling on the plank road in the morning, but the waves are huge, so we didn't dare to try
