Travelodge by Wyndham Prince George

Overall good .

I’ve stayed at this property before, and it was never this bad. I checked in, they were having trouble with their machines. I ended up double charged, and despite being able to prove it, I’m still in dispute with my credit card company to get the second charge dropped because the property won’t do anything. The moment I walked into my room, I was hit with a foul smell that was like overheated bodies, and smoke from the last 70 years. The room was clean, but the bed had to have been at least 10 years old and severely warped. The neighbors next to me keep their TV blaring until 2:30am, and honestly I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my money on this room, and done elsewhere. It was close to where I needed to be, and cheap. It’s cheap for a reason and I won’t be staying again.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel seemed short on staff, as one morning at 7, there was no coffee and breakfast supplies had not been replenished. (Breakfast start time was 6). The person on the front desk was notified and they said they would come up to make coffee in a couple minutes, when done serving the person checking out.

Waffle maker needs replacement. Good breakfast. There needs to have one staff on duty in the breakfast area and one at the front desk. Homeless people outside the hotel but they are everywhere in North America. What can we do? The hotel needs to get rid of useless tiny soap bars and install shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the shower walls. Thank you for a nice stay.

Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very close to the BC Bus stop, which I needed.

The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful, but our first room had a broken TV, so they moved us to a different room. The second room had a roll of toilet paper that had some mysterious red stains on it and the bathroom sink was not draining properly.

The stay as ok but the previous guest’s half used bar of soap was still in the shower and the breakfast was very sparce if not completely void of any fresh fruits.

Very accommodating to extend my stay when flight canceled. Excellent continental breakfast. Warm and quiet room.
