This place was a disgrace, I found my experience to be humiliating and stressful. I was treated like a slab of meat, with the thermal mud slapped on, being showered with the door open to the hallway, told to relax in the jacuzzi bath while she cleaned the floor and the massage which I think was supposed to be full body - consisted of spider movements up and down my back and legs, followed by the occasional long stroke. No attention was paid whatsoever to my arms, neck or shoulders. The pool was scruffy and the whole experience was a massive disappointment, especially as we had travelled for 2.5 hours to get there. I wish I had just swum in the river outside.

Ci siamo state questo fine settimana panorama bellissimo, camere pulitissime idem il bagno Asciugamani e accappatoio profumati Cibo ottimo e piatti molto abbondanti. Personale cortese soprattutto la nostra cameriera preferita Caterina molto simpatica e disponibile con i clienti , devo dire che fa una spritz da paura Per quanto riguarda le piscine l’acqua molto calda ideale per i bambini e famiglie, però consiglierei un po’ più di pulizia e igiene. Abbiamo fatto il trattamento con i fanghi termali e massaggi molto rilassanti. Consiglierei di portare l’asciuga capelli da casa perché quello che c’è nel bagno non è molto adatto.

Bella locathion , ma la struttura ha urgente bisogno di essere restaurata ,il personale è bravissimo e gli operatori cercano di sopperire ai problemi che sorgono a causa degli apparecchi fatiscenti .I fanghi sono ottimi e le inalazioni e aerosol efficaci .

Sono stato in questo hotel a novembre con famiglia e un'altra coppia.Purtroppo per noi non è stata una bella esperienza.Gia' all'arrivo,seppur con bambine piccole,si è palesata l'indifferenza delle receptionist, dando quasi l'impressione di non esser graditi. La camera (202) era veramente BASIC.Doccia malfunzionante con tendina,camera fredda in quanto la temperatura era centralizzata,TV non funzionante,come la cassetta di sicurezza.Piscina al 3 piano piccola e abbastanza sporca.Ristorante di qualità media ma freddissimo.Il nostro tavolo si trovava in un corridoio in mezzo alla corrente.Solo le signore del tistorante erano simpatiche e disponibili.Con ciò che ho speso sicuramente non torno e non lo consiglio

Escapade pour une nuit Calme et reposant l'arrivée d eau chaude est bluffante le confort est très correct nous avons passé une nuit apaisante loin des foules et surtout sans un bruit . L accueil est très bien personnel serviable et arrangeant. Nous avons mangé au restaurant le soir serveur et ser euse très sympa repas excellent et copieux produit frais loin des attrapes touriste du bord de mer... Le plus massage et séance balnéothérapie sur place au top pour se ressoucer Je recommande

Salvatore e un artista dei massaggi, con un'evidente esperienza a tutto tondo. La professionalità si percepisce sul campo, con i risultati che si sentono nell'immediato. Sentirsi a proprio agio e di solito nella norma , in questo caso si sale di livello.consigliato.

Posto incantevole e struttura anche se datata ben curata. Le stanze molto accoglienti. Abbiamo fatto alcuni trattamenti, niente da dire , veramente piacevoli. La piscina termale anche se datata è accettabile ,ha un panorama incredibile. Unica nota dolente il cibo. La colazione ottima ma pranzo e cena lasciavano un po' a desiderare le porzioni e la qualità. Sono riusciti a fare male i culurgiones!!!! Siamo stati per il we di Pasqua ,aveva appena aperto, ma non è una giustificazione. Per il resto tutti molto gentili e ambiente confortevole
