The hotel is very cool, very large rooms and free parking

The hotel is in the centre of Puning. The hotel room is spacious and clean but the hotel is kinda old and staff there are not well-trained even smoked during working on duty that was totally unexpected.

I found this hotel on Ctrip. I was pleasantly surprised after checking in. Good location, close to all the attractions, shopping malls and food. Good environment. I received a small gift in the room every day. The breakfast was very rich. Recommended!

We booked a total of 2 deluxe single rooms and 2 deluxe double rooms for 2 nights. The air conditioners in all 4 rooms had problems. On the first night we checked in, the air conditioner in the room only had a little air, but it was not cold air. The remote control monitor could not adjust the temperature. Yes, the room shows 28 degrees, which is very hot. After that, we explained the problem with the air conditioner to the front desk, and the front desk asked someone to come to the room to repair it. They said that the air conditioner was only central, and in the end the room was a little cooler. The air conditioner was out again on the second night. This time they said the central air conditioner was out of order and needed rescue. Finally they brought us a fan. 😡😡In such a large hotel, I really can’t believe that the facilities are like this, and the price is not cheap. When we checked out, the front desk didn’t even ask about the situation, let alone an apology. This hotel is very poor and not worth recommending.

The place is very new and clean. The customer service at the front desk was very polite. Because the high-speed train was late, we arrived at the hotel very late. The lady at the front desk helped us go to the room and order takeaway food for us. Very considerate.

The room was spotless, the bedroom had a bathtub, the room was nice, spacious and suitable for living.

It's my first time here. The room is clean and quiet, which is the most important thing. Also, the front desk service attitude is very good. Overall, I have to say that the experience is good!

The room is okay but the price is on the high side. What is particularly annoying is the TV channels: there are just a bunch of messy channels, and there is no Dragon TV or Shandong TV!

The hotel is not far from the high-speed rail station, and it only costs $30 to get there. The hotel room is spacious, with welcome fruit & drink. Toiletries are complete. The front desk service is courteous and the breakfast buffet in the restaurant is also good. The price is more than 300 yuan for a night's stay, which is highly recommended.

The lady at the front desk told me that there was a buffet dinner on the second floor of the hotel, and the price was not expensive. I went there to give it a try, and found that the restaurant was big enough, not too crowded, and the food tasted good.
