酒店服務很不錯，周邊吃的很多，有停車場，夜市步行街 也有，酒店還送水果零食非常好，下次來清遠還會住這。

停車場直接進去就是入住的地方，真的一整個愛住了，酒店裝修是現代簡約風，簡約大氣，乾淨整潔，毛巾浴巾杯子都是一次性的，乾淨衞生，重點是浴巾挺厚實的，擦身擦頭髮都是完全夠用的，衹能説酒店是下了功夫的，還有一次性馬桶墊，我真的哭亖，對於女生來説這真的很細節好嗎😊😊

之前和朋友來過，這次過來清遠玩又選了這間，改變了挺多的哦，我的是電車，現在酒店有充電樁就更方便了，房間的水壺也換了，太高級了吧，這次可以放心用水壺了，傳統那種去哪個酒店我都不用，這個可以直接把礦泉水加熱，非常好。那些毛巾也換成了一次性的，更加乾淨了，對我來説我覺得很不錯，一百多的房間，性價比真的很高，服務員的態度也很好，總之，讓我一個不評論的人也忍不住多説幾句，值得推薦[強][強]

最近酒店全部換成了一次性的特別棒，還增加了拖鞋蠻不錯的，之前因為這個拖鞋太薄太滑了差點摔倒，而且準備了馬桶套，跟貼心，希望酒店越做越好，有在用心服務

途經清遠入住位於清新區太和鎮清和大道155號的新樂縱帆酒店。前台服務員專業客氣；房間緊湊整潔衞生，床鋪乾淨舒適；衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴間狹窄，出水通暢，排水不暢，水温水壓適中；酒店內可以免費停車；早餐很糟糕，7:30剛開始吃早飯，到五樓餐廳已經幾乎沒有什麼可吃的，而且不好吃，旅行團隊把餐食風捲殘雲，位置也沒有，餐廳衹有一個工作人員，手忙腳亂一團糟。
