Bad review Bad review Bad review I changed three rooms after staying for two nights. It was already early morning when I arrived at the hotel on the first night. I checked in with my child. I thought the new hotel would be very good (the hotel front desk also delivered breakfast at that time). I didn't expect that from the moment I gave the room card, I couldn't swipe the elevator to enter the floor. After changing the card, I entered the room. Before the power was turned on, I vaguely saw a red light flashing on the top of the toilet. I took a few videos with my mobile phone and found that there was indeed a red light flashing in the shower head. It felt like a camera. I contacted the hotel front desk as soon as possible. I said I wanted to call the police. The front desk staff said they would come up and check later and asked me not to call the police first. When the girl at the front desk came up to the room, the red light was flashing. The girl at the front desk also told his supervisor that they would come to check after I changed the room (because I was with the child. It was already past one in the morning and I couldn't put the child to rest if I called the police). After agreeing to change the room, the front desk guy took me to the innermost room on the sixth floor. When we got to the room, we checked the shower head in the toilet and found no red light flashing. I still asked them to wrap the shower head with a bath towel. The air conditioner in this room only works on the lowest setting. Turning it up is incredibly loud, disrupting my sleep. It was 2:30 a.m. when I finally got the kids to bed. At 5:40 a.m., a strong light streamed through the window (see picture). The curtains wouldn't close, making it impossible to rest. I called the front desk at 7 a.m., and the receptionist moved me to another room on the same floor. That afternoon, I spoke with the hotel manager, who insisted there was nothing wrong with the hotel and that they checked every room daily with a radiometer (though other hotel staff that night said they only checked weekly). She said it was my phone's light that was the problem. It was completely dark when I filmed it, and the front desk lady saw the light flickering nearby. The red light didn't flicker in the other room, and the manager kept interrupting me to prove it wasn't a problem. If I hadn't been alone with the kids, I would have called the police and gotten to the bottom of it. It's truly speechless!

Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is good, the bed is comfortable, the room facilities are good, the service is good, and the room type is upgraded for free, breakfast is provided, and the location is good. It is not far from the railway station and the main attractions are also close, only two or three kilometers away. It is recommended. It is the first choice for visiting Quanzhou.

The environment is elegant, the hygiene is great, the service is very thoughtful, the smart setting function is satisfactory👍, and it is a good stay experience. I will stay in this hotel again if I have the chance. It is my favorite hotel.
