Toilet bowl gets clogged easily. The first time it got clogged (in the afternoon after we checked in), the owner responded immediately and rectified the problem. The second time (early in the morning), the owner did not respond.

位置很好，樓下傍晚六點多過後就有很多夜市擺攤的，下樓就能直接進入泰禾廣場商場裏面，商場五樓六樓也都是吃的。邊上廣場那邊七八點左右還有噴泉水秀表演！！吃完晚飯沿着江邊往潯埔村方向走，可以邊吹着海風邊欣賞風景。

房間在高樓層，寬敞明亮，也比較安靜。服務態度很不錯，有問必答，基本上都是秒回的。來潯埔簪花的可以來這家，離潯埔村很近，交通也比較便利，主要是吃喝玩樂要啥有啥。

設施：完善，有空調還有暖氣
衞生：房間還行，衞生間很臭
環境：吃飯方便，交通便利，樓下有公交站，還有當地的公享電動車，離海邊很近，早晚在海邊散步很近，停車方便，負一層有停車場
服務：管家服務回覆很快，手機自助登記入住，保潔服務差。
沒拍照，攜程上圖與實際相符
下次來泉州還選這裏，最主要的是離世界文化遺產潯埔村很近，沿江邊過去就到了漁人碼頭

這就是有點尷尬了，地方真的一般，而且還真的有點矮，身高一點都會撞頭。希望可以好好改善一下，畢竟去趟泉州不容易。

公寓在一個摩天輪🎡旁大商場的樓上，吃飯方便，晚上樓下還有非常大的夜市
2室1廳的房間在複式的樓上樓梯比較窄有點陡，長者小孩上下沒有扶手，搬運行李上下都需要注意安全。
當天出現了水管問題，服務人員積極解決，但是房間臨街靠近高架，晚上睡覺比較吵。
房間靠近窗户的一邊，橫樑比較矮，超過1米6的人過去都容易碰頭，建議包軟邊以防撞到客人頭。

酒店環境很好，房間很大，設施齊全，衞生狀況也很好，提供新配的洗漱用品，毛巾什麼的都是消毒包裝的，有空調、洗衣機、裝修風格簡約舒服，客服也很好，很熱情。非常舒適的入住體驗，樓下就是泰禾廣場，商場裏面樓下夜市吃吃喝喝啥的很方便，去各景點也不是很遠，推薦推薦！
