The hotel personnel are all very warm, cheerful and welcoming, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel rooms have overflowing of complimentary bottled water, replenish each day with a plate of fruits like guava and mandarin orange , throw away slippers, rubber slippers for bathroom use, bathrobe, sanitized towels. The extra special hospitality in the late afternoon of hot snow fungus soup and hot peanut soup is such a pleasurable treat. The breakfast buffet has many selection with a welcome gift as well. I am more than satisfied with Overseas Chinese Hotel Quanzhou.

I am glad to stay at Oversea Chinese Hotel. Service 100%, food is good, room is spacious. Surroundings are interesting and good accessibility to every tourist spot. Every night the hotel prepare desert for us. Will recommend this hotel to my friends if they come to Quanzhou.

The hotel has excellent location, nea to many tourist spots like Confucius temple, Kaiyuan temple, Zhongshan street, qingjing mosque, west street, etc. It's a pity that the reception staff demonstrate very poor attitude and service. There is no welcome. We were made to feel like we're imposing on them, especially when they were talking to each other and we're being ignored. However the rest of the hotel support was exceptional especially housekeeping. We appreciate the fruits, snack and dessert for supper. The room is very clean and well furnished, not old like some reviews mentioned. Bottled water available near the lift, to collect as you need.large variety of breakfast, buffet style. Food quality is normal, local dishes. Highly recommend to stay here.

The building and furnitures may be out dated, but their services are very heartwarming, attentive, it reflected in every single details. Comfortable stay, convenient location, love the dessert served every night -real home cooked feel!
