There is no staff to speak English at all. Though I asked something, they jusypt say Ok, but nothing was OK. For my transportation to airport they promised to call a taxi, but there was no taxi in time. I had to pay 3 times expensive taxi fare because of late time and fast driving. The refrigerator has no function to freeze things, so I asked the staff to freeze some drinks I brought, they took it, but never come back. I couldn't get my drink by the time I leave though I asked them to bring it back several times.
'OK' the staffs say means 'I'm not understood'

The service is average. There was expired yogurt for breakfast. After I reported it, there was no response. This hotel is expensive and not worth staying in. They are not strict about the food. How can they provide good hotel service?
