Hotels in Jiangnan New Area, Quanzhou

I spent 3 nights here, and the overall experience was not pleasant. When I arrived the first day, the front desk gave me a room that was not livable. It was so close to the next building (see photos). I requested to have the room changed for the second night. The manager upgraded to a better room. However, I wanted to try the spa using the coupon from the hotel. The spa manager said this coupon is only good for spending 980 or more, but it wasn't said anywhere in the coupon. Then, I wanted to use Dianping. She said they no longer honor Dianping. This hotel accepts large group tour, the tour girl was yelling at the lobby using an amplified speaker, which is very unprofessional at a 5 star hotel. The third night was the most expensive. She said she would honor the ctrip price but charge me 100 more. I don't understand why it is so difficult to be honest. The breakfast was good, the service was friendly but not honest, if you are not 100% alert, you will pay more. The Japanese restaurant was not good, the eel wasn't fresh and the taste was decent.

Facilities: The room was fully equipped, with fast air conditioning and prompt hot water. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and there was even a free coffee machine. ☕ Cleanliness: The cleanliness was exceptional. The sheets and pillowcases looked spotless, without a single stain. The tables and bathroom were also spotlessly clean, dust-free and odor-free, making for a very reassuring stay. Environment: The hotel's overall ambiance was very nice. The lobby looked clean and comfortable, and the room was quiet, making it comfortable to sleep in. Transportation was also convenient. I'd definitely stay here again! Service: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during check-in. They patiently answered any questions I had, making for a very welcoming and welcoming experience.

Atour is always my top pick when I travel. The front desk staff were very professional, and after a long day of exploring, it was incredibly comforting to return to a perfectly clean room! The natural lighting was excellent, and the room was spotless, tidy, and completely odor-free. This stay genuinely left me very satisfied 👍🏻 – even the corners were meticulously cleaned. Housekeeping replenished the bottled water and various amenities daily. The soundproofing was also quite good. Plus, the laundry room is a true lifesaver for business travelers! 🥹

The room is also very big, estimated to be about 30 square meters. In Fuzhou, 25 square meters is considered big for the same level. It is also very clean. I was on my way early in the morning and was the first one to have breakfast. I thought the breakfast would be average for this price, but it turned out to be not bad at all compared to Four Seasons and the like. By the way, there is another very comfortable point, the water pressure is very strong, the flushing is crackling, and the bath is very refreshing

The bathroom is clean and bright, the hotel is conveniently located, very close to West Street, 10 minutes, convenient to travel. Very cost-effective. The staff is attentive and enthusiastic, like 👍.
