DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!
I booked an apar**ent in March for April after spending hours looking at potential options. We arrived at the apar**ent to be told it wasn’t ready and we’d have to go to a hotel in Zabljak instead!
The apar**ent wasn’t ready because it was early in the season! The property is still being advertised as available now!
We didn’t stay at the hotel because it was a small room with kitchenette that wasn’t suitable. We found another apar**ent nearby.
The man at SOA Hotel was very unsympathetic and kept saying the hotel room was our best option/best thing for us! Obviously it was the best option for them, not us!
We are trying to get a refund but they are refusing!
At no point did they try and contact us about the apar**ent not being ready, if they had we could have arranged something else much sooner! It’s a scam!
