Nice place and location, love the hotel.

The hotel room is very big. Very spacious. But the same problem still exists, that is, the quality of toiletries is relatively poor. Another problem is that the swimming pool cannot be used at night because there is no heating system and the water is relatively cold. Other aspects are great, all aspects of service are very thoughtful, and the staff are also very enthusiastic.

The rooms overlooking the sea are magnificent especially if they are on higher floors. The service is quality. The swimming pool is tiny but we are by the sea.

Hotel very well located, restaurant with very good dishes.

Spacious, comfortable rooms, great location on Boa Viagem beach. I highly recommend it!

The view and service from the suite were great, but the cleaning could be improved.

Agradeço a toda equipe e empatia. 2º ponto positivo e relevante: as dimensões do quarto e banheiro estão condizentes com as dificuldades e desequilíbrio do debilitado. Perfeita ergonomia do banheiro. Pontos negativos e corrigíveis: a drenagem do chuveiro precisa de manutenção num pequeno ponto perto do trilho da porta de correr. Nada que comprometia o piso seco do banheiro. O frigobar tinha muitos pontos de oxidação. O chuveirinho ao lado do vaso estava com pequeno vazamento. (Menção é um feedback para próxima vistoria de manutenção).

The hotel is so welcoming, best service and food I’ve ever had! Staff is so lovely and accommodate your every need. Beach and view are dreamlike, safe place to be! There’s all kinds of food, pharmacies, restaurants and a laundromat just outside. Prices are great, the hotel has everything you need, but the pool is a little small and not easy to get a calm spot. Breakfast is like no other, plentiful delicious and all you can eat! LOVE ❤️

Very nice business stay at this hotel. The location was very good, I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. It is right along the beachfront are stores and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was full and the elevators were a little slow, but I was also on a very high floor, so it is expected. Breakfast buffet was good. The staff at check-in were great. The room was very comfortable and the view was excellent. Very happy with the stay.

Great beach location. In the middle of it all. Neighborhood can be a bit noisy but that is part of being close to all beach area activities and nighlife.

My husband and I spent a week at this property and we felt safe, comfortable, welcome, and at home. The hotel is convenient, and the breakfast is great!

Nice and tall building in front of the beach. I stayed at 28th floor, splendid view and very comfortable room. Breakfast was ok Pool was poor
