Great place to stay in Reno, good prices and friendly staff. Enough facilities to not need to leave the hotel which is good in the snow.

Good location in Downtown Reno to access most places by walking.

Was there for a event at events center hotel was very nice restuarants were great & fun , needs mini bars & usb plugs in rooms but other than that was very nice beautifully decorated for xmas

The Row is the best place to overnight in Reno. Three resorts in one! The El Speedo has the microbrewery.

They need to update their beds most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on.

Downtown Reno, like many major cities is in decline. Lots of homelessness and sketchy businesses. That said, if you stay in the hotel it’s all fine.

My corner room was clean and quiet except for very lood music from a truck on the Saturday night that went until about midnight. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Check-in on late afternoon Friday was slow, however. There was a long line of people and only three people working the registration desk. They were working hard and efficiently. But waiting in the line and checking in took about a half-hour. There were about 15 people behind me. I don't know how long they had to wait. You need more people at the registration desk. The employees on the floor were helpful and friendly,

Always a great stay! The ******** was notbthe best though, but it's ********, so what should i expect :)

The lights in my room came on and off on their own in the middle of the night, room 350. The elevators were really slow. There wasn't an ice machine on the 3rd floor.

Great place, excellent service, but the air conditioner in my room was broken and blowing hot air all night. By 5:00am my room was so hot I had to prop the door open and call the front desk. Probably about 90 F. An engineer had to come up and correct a mechanical issue. I realize this was a fluke - but it was an awfully uncomfortable experience. I’d stay again - hopefully my next experience is better!
