Upon check-in, the staff proactively asked if we needed earplugs and offered solutions for a peaceful night's sleep. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and efficiently. After our four-night stay, a hotel staff member even called to inquire about our experience, which truly demonstrates their dedication to guest satisfaction. For drivers, simply navigate to ”Urban Plaza Zone B Underground Parking”. You can park on level B2, and from there, take the elevator straight up to the 4th floor where the hotel reception is located. My original plan was for a one-night stay, but I made a last-minute decision to extend it for an additional night. Overall, I was extremely satisfied, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chongqing.

My friend was so pleased with their first night's stay that they extended it for an extra day. The hotel offers excellent value for money. They provided complimentary ice cream when we returned around lunchtime, and in the evenings, hot milk and foot soaks were available. The staff were incredibly thoughtful.

Now, let's talk about the food around the hotel. During our three-day visit, we sampled three hotpot restaurants and also a Jianghu cuisine spot nearby. The hotpot places we tried were Yu Mei Old Hotpot, Fei Fei Hotpot, and Wang Youcai Hotpot. Of these three, Wang Youcai Hotpot offered the best value and a very comfortable dining experience, while the other two also had their own unique charm. A little further past Yu Mei, there's an Old Stove House Jianghu Cuisine restaurant which is very authentic. Plus, there are plenty of other dining options near Wang Youcai, all within about 600 meters of the hotel.

I went out with friends and booked this hotel. It's very cost-effective, the service is pretty good, and they also gave us breakfast, which tasted pretty good, with freshly cooked noodles and rice noodles. Their lobby is beautifully decorated and very nice for taking pictures. I will recommend it to my friends!

This hotel is right across from the North Railway Station and has a great location. The rooms are also very nice, with excellent amenities and toiletries. For the price, this hotel is a great value. The only downside is that the elevators can be a bit difficult to wait for, but it's fine during off-peak travel. The front desk lady was very helpful and kept us informed throughout the entire process, even providing us with tips and directions to the surrounding area.

The hotel service is a bit like Haidilao's service, and the main feature is a caring little cotton jacket. I arrived at the hotel late, and the girl at the front desk had already heated up a portion of pure milk, bread, and green beans from Be & Cheery for each person. I still wanted to eat after eating, so the front desk asked the robot to bring food again. They also sent me to the airport at 5 o'clock in the morning. It was really good. The room was very clean, a brand new house, and I was impatient with all kinds of inquiries. Thumbs up

The surrounding environment is good and it is very convenient to go to popular business districts. The room is clean and tidy. There is a big park next to it and the view from the room is pretty good. The staff took the initiative to say hello, and they were all warm and polite. Food and shopping around the hotel are very convenient, and there are many choices to eat. The bus station is right in front of the hotel. It is convenient to go anywhere. The experience is very good. The hotel room type is ideal, the size is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. Wet separation does not disturb each other. Very satisfied with the stay and the journey. The hotel facilities are new, the breakfast is also good, and all services are excellent. I will stay here again in the future!

I initially booked this hotel because I had a late-night flight and wanted to stay nearby for one night. I was pleasantly surprised to find they offered airport shuttle service.

Environment: The hotel lobby is spacious, and the rooms are also large.

Facilities: Two hotel-owned elevators; the restaurant is on the first floor.

Service: The receptionist called to confirm our check-in and suggested turning on the air conditioning beforehand, as our room was cool when we arrived late at night. They even upgraded our room, and the check-in staff were very thorough in their instructions.

Airport Shuttle Service: Extremely convenient. After collecting our luggage, we called the hotel, and the car arrived in about ten minutes. The driver even helped with our luggage.

For this price and service, the value is excellent.

The price is less than 200, including breakfast, which is very cost-effective.

Snacks will be provided when you check in, and the breakfast is Chinese style, so it is no problem to eat enough.

I'm really speechless. I stayed here for three consecutive days and didn't have to worry about a single day. Not because it was more convenient to live here, but I really wanted to change places. They gave me a room on the first day, but there was a man when I entered the room. I was lying on the bed, and the front desk kept apologizing, thinking it didn't matter. No one made any mistakes. But the next day, I changed rooms. I couldn't open the door when I took the room key card. I asked the cleaning lady to open the door, which made me angry. Auntie was not happy, so forget it. On the third day, she went down to the front desk early in the morning to tell us that we had extended our stay and made room cards for us. As a result, she kept knocking on the door at noon and finally called us to ask us to check out. Really, Don't you know how to read the order? Forget it. I came back from shopping in the afternoon. Even a pregnant woman was tired from shopping, so I wanted to go back to the hotel to rest and use the small toilet. But the door couldn't be opened again. I kept talking on the phone at the front desk. I was really speechless for that minute. I really wanted to curse. Aren’t you tired from running around? Are you front desks really so bad at business? It’s not mainly a front desk. I used to work as a hotel front desk for seven or eight years. Really? Yes, I don’t know how I got the job. The hotel environment and facilities are okay. Hey, I don’t want to say much else. I won’t stay here again tomorrow. I’m really tired from running around.

The room was clean and hygienic. I couldn't find the place to go beforehand, but I just discovered it's right behind the mall. It's so convenient! I'll definitely stay here again. It's really nice. The hotel also offers a wide variety of breakfast options, which were delicious.

The lobby is comfortable and spacious, the front desk service is considerate and meticulous, the room size is adequate, the configuration is generous and warm, and it is very quiet at night. The single bed in the double room is wide, and all the supplies are of good quality. Every month, I need to travel to Chengdu for a few days. I will choose to stay at this hotel. The little sister at the front desk has a good service. She helps to upgrade the room type for free and give breakfast. It is really comfortable to use the large screen with a mobile phone. The fly in the ointment is that the breakfast is not rich enough. I hope to optimize it. Problems encountered during the check-in process can be solved in time after calling, and will continue to choose here in the future!

We booked this hotel at the last minute, my friend was disapointed with a previous one even best rated than this one, but we were happily surprised. The room was spacious, the bed was large and good, the bathroom was clean with all necessary (double towels, hair dryer, tooth paste and brush). There is a washing room with washing machine (only two if i remember well), clothes' dryer and even an iron steam (which was very useful). The only thing that was missing is a mini fridge. Personnel at arrival and departure were very pleasant, communication was more difficult with night personnels.
Around the hotel there are many restaurants and convenience stores.
Funny thing: You can order your meal on the internet and be delivered by a robot, it even takes the lift :-D

Room is very smelly, strong smelly for the mould of the carpet and dusty. And the pillow also quite dirty. 
I’m still ok, but my partner body very itchy after sleep on the bed. Still heard that another room have one customer check out at midnight directly due to can stand for the bad smell. 
Need to improve for this part, even ur hotel might not a brand new facility.

Breakfast is very sad part, it’s the one and only that makeregret to purchase for the hotel breakfast. 

The only best part is the hotel provided shuttle bus for going and return Disney land, also shuttle bus for airport directly.

The facilities were good, and the cleanliness was also satisfactory. The location is very convenient. The shuttle service to the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) runs daily during exhibition periods, which is incredibly convenient as it takes you directly to the venue. Service was good. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Shanghai for future exhibitions, especially since there are so many amazing local specialty foods to enjoy!
