The next moment they said they had to ask the front desk before they could give it to them. Now It makes the guests feel impersonal and very rigid. I watched other guests take mineral water. I still told the aunt about the situation before I took the water. She didn't agree. Should I not take the aunt seriously and not say hello in the future? Just get water?

The plates were placed on the table from the moment we entered the restaurant. Not to mention breakfast, I stayed for two nights and asked about check-out time at 9 a.m. on the third day. I was really speechless. I was told that the 100 deposit would be refunded later, and she said that it would be refunded after the aunt's check. There is also a problem that the mayonnaise in the restaurant is still there after it has expired, and someone has used it.
