"The location of the hotel is very convenient. Opposite is Tianbai Shopping Mall, which is convenient for us to walk our children after dinner. The surrounding facilities are complete and the environment is quiet and suitable for living. The hotel facilities are very new, clean and warm, suitable for living with children. They also thoughtfully prepared milk for the guests, just right for Zaizai to drink. The front desk of the hotel must be commended for being professional and dedicated. Because the family needs to live on the same floor, the front desk patiently and meticulously exchanged our room cards for us; Zaizai was taking a nap when we left, and they also provided us with a late check-out service; When we checked out, we learned that we were going to take a train and they thoughtfully gave us 3 bottles of water. It’s really heartwarming! This living experience was an unexpected bonus during my trip to Korla! Praise the hotel again~refill❤️"

"Come visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees."
