Anonymous UserI stayed in Tingtao No. 2. Although the facilities are newer than Nanshan, the service wasn't as good. The politeness and refined service were lacking. I'm not sure if it's because there was a conference going on at the same time. I stayed here last year, and this time, having to switch rooms for two separate bookings was very inconvenient, especially for a woman. Plus, the air conditioning in the new room was faulty, making a terrible clanging noise all night, so I barely slept. The breakfast at Tingtao was also mediocre, with a rather strange taste, not as good as it was last year. The biggest advantage of staying here is still the environment, but traffic getting in and out can be very bad. I heard it gets even worse after Wuhan University starts its new semester. Honestly, the zero-pressure mattress did help me sleep a bit better though.

tesia255Every time I visit Wuhan, I stay here. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the transportation is incredibly convenient. It's such a comfortable place to stay!
The host is also incredibly proactive and warm; they'll check in about cleaning and whether you'd like to extend your stay. Sometimes when I'm busy with work, it's easy to forget, so it's a huge help when the host reminds me and follows up.
It's a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be staying here again! (*^ー^)👍

The location is very quiet. Parking is also relatively convenient. It is the price/performance ratio. It may be added that individuals do not love the narrow space of the housing car. The location of the RV is on the edge of Longlingshan Park. It took a minute to get to the park. There are few people in Longlingshan Park. But very comfortable.

Guest UserThe room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is very like, the various facilities are beautifully arranged, the sanitation is very clean, the stay is assured, the homestay is in the flower fair. The environment is beautiful and the soundproofing is good. Sleeping at night is very stable. The landlord is also very enthusiastic. The whole check-in process is very pleasant and assured. According to the guidance of the landlord, it is easy to find the homestay. When you enter the room, you will see that the layout is very simple and fresh. The facilities are very complete, and the hygiene is even more meticulous. The landlord also answered all questions, arranged KTV for us, and took a lot of good-looking photos for us. The landlord’s photo technology is also very good. The breakfast the next day can be used in a hearty way, the ribs noodles are very delicious, the pickles and porridge are also good, and the sweet potatoes are very sweet. We also brought pets on this trip, and the owner of the hotel also arranged a special pet room for us. Let us live with confidence and let pets also be guaranteed. There are also some spring tour activities here. The boss has made an appointment with his friends to come to camping next time. ~

Anonymous UserThe hotel environment is great, right next to Liangdao Street and Huanghelou subway station, making dining and getting around very convenient. Our stay was quiet and comfortable, with semi-enclosed windows offering views of the Yangtze River, Jianghan Road, and Xiaogui Mountain. The rooftop restaurant even has a view of the Yellow Crane Tower. The facilities are comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym available. The front desk also has some small items for short-term use that you can just grab. The service was excellent too; they delivered snacks and drinks every day, and upon arrival, we were given a free travel guide. The hotel also has a surveillance scanning service, which made it feel very secure. Towels, slippers, and other amenities were changed daily. We initially booked for two days, but found it so comfortable that we extended our stay for another two days.

SinuokuaermishankouluyouExcellent, excellent, excellent! Whenever I travel with my pet by car, I almost always choose Somerset, it gives me such peace of mind.
Service: Maintains the consistent service standards of Ascott Somerset apartments.
Facilities: I was worried it might be old, but I was very pleasantly surprised after checking in. The washing machine, fridge, kitchen, and tableware were all fully equipped, making it feel just like home.
As a Platinum member, my room was upgraded, the air conditioning was turned on in advance, and little gifts were prepared. This made for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to the staff.

Rooms:
This hotel is old, after all. I stayed here 19 years ago and had an excellent impression. I didn't expect to be so disappointed this time compared to back then.
The glass top of the coffee table next to the sofa in the room was just resting on it and was very unstable. My son leaned on it lightly and almost cut his hand. Thumbs down.
I don't know if it was the bedding or the room, but there was a musty smell. This is what I absolutely cannot stand. I guess it's probably similar throughout their rooms. I ended up using my own disposable pillowcases.
However, the soundproofing was good, and it was far from the elevator, so I slept quite well.
Service:
Definitely not good, and certainly no feeling of being 'home away from home,' just cold and indifferent. The business traveler next door got an upgrade, but I didn't, even though I mentioned it to the butler who contacted me in advance. I can understand, though; an individual guest probably can't compete with business accounts.
Pool:
It was better than I remembered, but... the pool doesn't provide water or towels. You have to buy them yourself. I was speechless. Isn't this your hotel? But then again, the hotel's prices are indeed low, so I'll just put it down to being cheap.
Parking: There are charging stations, which is a plus.
What left the deepest impression... the matcha toast at the lobby bar. I really liked it, it was delicious.

Guest UserI brought my family and elders out to stay for two days, and everyone was very satisfied. This villa is the one that I feel is the most cost-effective for organizing company team building and family gatherings over the years. It is highly recommended. The villa layout is reasonable, clean and tidy, and the facilities are very complete and relatively new. The scenery around the villa is good and the air is fresh. It's more than an hour's drive from the city and I will visit it frequently on weekends.

Guest UserThe location is absolutely fantastic, perfect for a city walk. From the hotel window, you can see Bagongfang right nearby, less than a 10-minute walk away. In the morning, you can stroll around when no one else is there. The surrounding area is full of charming little streets, with unique small restaurants, cafes, and bars, creating a wonderful atmosphere. It was a very comfortable stay! Although the facilities are a bit old, the cleanliness is good. The only minor issue is that the new furniture might have a strong, somewhat pungent smell, but it's only for a few days, so it's not a big deal, and the windows can be opened. I have to say again, the location is just superb.
