Beautiful small hotel. Perfect located. Very friendly service at all time. Nice breakfast buffet with a nice view over to the Vatican

The rooms are decorated in a classic Italian style: antique furniture, quality textiles, marble in the bathroom. They clean neatly. The nice thing is the panoramic rooftop terrace. Pros: Convenient location Polite staff Quiet area Historical atmosphere What needs to be improved: Breakfast is quite modest in choice Furniture in some rooms needs updating Wi-Fi is unstable, especially in the evening Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression.

Excellent hotel! In my opinion, a very nice structure in a retro style, welcoming and comfortable. The strategic location, a stone's throw from Via Cola di Rienzo, close to the Vatican, Castel S. Angelo. Subway a stone's throw away, possibility of parking the car inside at a cost of 20 euros per day. Very kind staff, both sweet and savory breakfast, very kind and affable waitress, a beautiful view in the breakfast room located on the top floor. I have stayed in other hotels in Rome, but I liked this one more than the others!!! When I have the chance I will book again at the Farnese!!! The photo with the Dome is what you can see from the breakfast room!!!

Nice hotel, good location. Overall, I really liked it!

Recommended Good location for visiting Rome on foot. Hotel not modern but well kept, well-kept and clean. Kind staff and convenient parking space.

The hotel is supposedly 4 stars (but in fact it doesn’t have any stars at all). The room was economy - ground floor, but in fact it turned out to be a damp basement that didn’t even seem to be ventilated. Mold and the smell of mustiness haunt even days later (there are slippers in the room where there are not even cheap rugs by the bed, and stupidly they didn’t even think about putting tiles. It’s good at least there was a “camel” blanket, although it should have been washed at least a century ago. The only one Joy it was a pretty good breakfast and a nice woman who spoke Russian, and smoothed out the impression of this place, so I’m ready to give 1.5 out of 5, not 0.

The room area is too small. Good location.

Bad services, old taps

It's a nice and relaxing hotel, but it's because it's an aristocratic mansion. The rooms are old and small. The balcony is nice but if you want friendliness I would recommend another hotel. However, if you are a solo traveler and just want to see Rome, it is perfect
