A treasure hotel in Rome, the location is very good and safe, next to the city government and bank, the room is very new and clean, the decoration is carefully designed, the details are very beautiful, the front desk has a variety of snacks and candies, the rest area is warm and tidy. The owner and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. The owner asked us which country we came from and patiently explained the routes of various attractions, restaurants, ice cream shops with translation software. The hostess sent us cupcakes and drinks. After check-in, we will introduce the use of room facilities in detail and tell us that the drinks in the minibar are all free and you can find them if you need them. And it is rare to have slippers, complete toiletries and a kettle in an Italian hotel. When we went out early the next morning, the hostess invited us to have coffee, because the driver was already waiting, and we thanked for the refusal. The mistress immediately returned to the room and handed us a beautiful paper pocket, and opened it after hurriedly getting in the car and saw that the five-stuff croissant, with salami intestines, ham, cheese, caramel, was moved to speak. 位置離火車站很近非常，我帶著兩歲小孩入住有電梯，小朋友生病了，樓下就是藥局非常的便利，房間很整潔漂亮。唯一的缺點是入住的時間比較短，限制的時間外像是夜間入住還要加錢。

We have welcomed us very courteously , rooms are spacious , the bathroom is spacious as well as the shower , all rooms are very clean and ordered

The hotel is half an hour's walk from Termini and all the central attractions. The room has a kettle, cup, and glass. The bed is large and comfortable, and it's quiet at night. The breakfast is full, on the terrace with a view. Order a double espresso for coffee (it's delicious!) From the breakfast room you can go out into the open air with a cup of coffee, where there is a table, chairs, and an ashtray for smokers.

Wow, this is an amazing hotel. The location and amenities are perfect and the staff are cheerful and kind. We highly recommend the GRAN Filippo - you can access the lobby and common space of the regular Filippo but also get your own balcony. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay. When in Rome, we will never stay anywhere else again.

Hotel location is very good, 5 minutes from the subway. It is also close to the fountain and Plaza de España. Pantheon and Colosseum, walk for 20 minutes. The sanitation is very clean, the service is very good, we like it very much, stayed for four nights, praise!

Pros: The hotel is new and has everything you need. It’s in a very convenient location, with a Pam supermarket nearby. It’s ideal for those who work remotely – there’s an open space downstairs with plenty of power outlets, and the Wi-Fi works well. Cons: I had a room on the top floor with no regular windows (which no one mentioned beforehand). There were only skylight windows, and when it rained, water leaked directly onto the bed. The rooms don’t have a fridge, kettle, or complimentary water. A kettle and tea are available only in the shared space on the ground floor. I was also surprised that when I came earlier than check-out time to leave my luggage, I was charged €1 per item when checking out, just for leaving my bags there.

The room was decorated a little early but is still luxurious, all made of stone and wood. The air conditioner is a little loud, and the Wi-Fi is very poor, but the location is good, the prices and quality of the surrounding restaurants are good, and there is a gelato shop that is very crowded. It is within 30 minutes' walk to famous attractions. Most European tours are on foot.
