Very poor, old, room towels and sheets are not clean, store service is also very poor. I stayed for two nights, and the sanitation was not cleaned. The breakfast is also very poor, there is nothing to eat, disposable tableware, and it doesn't look clean. I took a look at the room rate, which is equivalent to more than 400 yuan, and Ctrip charged me nearly 1,500 yuan for booking. What a shame! Friends are advised to book cautiously.

We want a refund the room was filthy. Reception was not happy that we used ******* to book room. Wanted to charge us for parking for 5 days when we were staying only 4. We have pictures. Ripped carpet we tripped over at the front door. Very loud heating unit. Dirty hairs found in the shower. Dirty hairs found on floor of the bathroom and the floor around the toilet. Dirty floors under the vanity. Trim not adhered to the wall. Carpet trim coming off the base boards. We checked it room 1100 after 11pm. Had flight early next morning, unable to move room. We would not recommend Wyndham Garden Romulus 9191 Wickham Road. They even wanted us to pay for another room $119 tax = $135.66 for a parking package. Then ask for a refund from ******* for the room we already had booked.

Booked for the pool. It was so cold we ended up having to sit in the room after 30 mins of shivering hoping to get used to it.
Everything else was beautiful. TV was a pain to use, as was the heater.
