Later, they said that they had sent the check-in message to the email address in advance, but the email address booked through Ctrip could not receive it at all, so there was still a problem with this communication. It is recommended to call the hotel in advance before traveling. Because overseas people use WhatsApp... This hotel is not like a hotel with 24-hour check-in. We didn't meet the owner at all. We only communicated by phone and WhatsApp. If your English is not good, I may not recommend it.
