Great location. So many eateries around the corner. There’s a pool. Great kitchen. Near a park with free foot bath pool.

We recently stayed for two nights at Urban Lounge Rotorua, and it was a fantastic experience! The friendly staff welcomed us and made us feel at home. Although we didn't catch the name of the receptionist who assisted us during check-in, both she and Prasad were lovely.
The facilities were excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare our own meals. We also enjoyed the co-lab space, where my wife and I were able to get some work done.
Overall, we felt we received great value for our money during our stay.

The kitchen was impressive (huge, clean, well equipped), the room was warm (there's a heater) and the shared bathroom and toilets were clean, though the sinks are a bit small but still usable.
The curtains are a bit see-through, it won't be making the room completely dark (+ light from the corridor through the door) but it isn't too bad. If you're sensitive to noises, we could hear a bit of traffic in the evening but not so much at night. Since we're in june, the traffic ain't much and the neighborhood was overall really calm.

Nice location, right across of Kuirau Park and few minutes walk to Eat Streat where all the bars and restaurants are. Room was almost too spacious (2 double beds) and clean. Nice and friendly staffs. No elevator so it can be a bit hard if you have trouble with the stairs or heavy luggage.
There was also a nice Sat market at Kuirau park.

The room was very clean and stylish.
I also appreciated the pool, and it was nice that I could use my cell phone as a key and check in and out was stress-free. However, the toilet and shower were not so good, and if they had been a little cleaner it would have been perfect. However, considering the price, I would like to stay here again.
