Best location surrounded by restaurants and coffee place. Walking distance to the lake area with beautiful scenery. Hotel provided electric bike for self bike tour .

The location is very central and convenient. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The room has a comfortable bed and luxuriously roomy bathroom. We charged our electric car overnight in the hotel’s car park. Our family of three had a comfortable stay throughout. We would definitely book this place again.

located right in the middle of the town. Perfect town to stay a night if you are driving further down south.

We have a good 2 days stay at pullman rotorua. It has great location as it is quick to travel to nearby tourist attractions and good food places from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay on the hotel.
