Location : Nearby Eat Street. Rotorua is not a big town. If you are self drive, even though not stay around Eat Street, it is not an issue at all. Every place is nearby each others.
Cleanliness : Cleaner walked in the room with their shoes.
Bed : Soft. Not suitable for old age people. The bed type we request is King Size bed, but is it Queen Size Bed.
Hotel didn't provide mineral water for free.

Plus:
1.Good location;
2.Having a hot pool for SPA;
3.Parking is relatively easy.
Minus:
1.Old Capet with smells.
2.At room 14 of my stay, I got insect bites around 3 am in the morning .Which was hurt very badly, so I got up and to search for a balm to reduce that pain. When I checked out, I stressed on this bad feeling to the front desk.

The hotel is located in city centre. The location is very convenient with bus stop nearby. It is very convenient if it is necessary to take public bus to other regions. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Wasn't the best place for the price, unfortunately was the only few hotels that were available. There was a strange smell in the room (Not Sulfur dioxide from the volcanoes), it served it's purpose, free parking which was good.

Auckland to Huka Falls transit hotel, the town is very small and quiet. There is a geothermal park nearby, where you can soak in hot springs. There is no elevator on the second floor of the hotel, which is a key point. We have three big suitcases and it is too tiring. If you have big suitcases, don't stay on the second floor.
