客房服務非常好，專門來送水和甜點。早餐也很不錯，就是品類太少。前台服務很差，退房還要莫名其妙收我的税，我的訂單已經含税金了！要他拿文件出來也沒有，就是死腦筋要收錢🤣

房間很乾凈，服務很好，就是房間有點小！地理位置很好，最近天氣比較冷，所以門票的河結冰了，九樓的餐廳不是很好吃，價格還貴

有送歡迎小餅乾，整體像巴黎的房間。有點小卻很復古温馨，周邊吃飯方便。離冬宮，喀山滴血大教堂都很近，推薦推薦。門口講法語的“門僮”男士也很可愛，熱情，走的時候一直幫你背包送上車還問你是不是要回莫斯科。就像老朋友一樣，總之我很喜歡以後還會回去住！

Был лучший отель раньше. Но все изменилось в плане сервиса и тех состояния отеля. Был дождь, зонтика нам не дали- закончились. Заказали яйца на завтраке- ошиблись и принесли не то, просьба исправиться оставалась без внимания. Шум от труб в ванной, как только соседи открывают воду- проблема с клапанами давления. В ванне следы от пожара на панели облицовки. Неудобные подушки- меню их так и не нашли. Ну и звукоизоляция от кашляющих соседей не радовала…
Но прекрасная работа службы размещения, тут никаких нареканий.
Увы, немного испортилось впечатление от Питера.

酒店在河邊，距離冬宮也很近，房間雖然不大，但是設施比較齊全，頂樓的餐廳觀景非常漂亮，工作人員的態度也比較熱情，是比較推薦的酒店

非常滿意的一次入住體驗！酒店位置真棒，步行30步到冬宮廣場，硬件也很不錯，裝修是航海和藝術風格的混搭！酒店大堂老爺子服務很贊，對中國人友好！此外，屋頂的餐廳也很推薦，餐位上就能看到冬宮。

非常乾淨，非常暖和，早餐在俄羅斯五星應該都差不多 ，離冬宮非常近，離主大街也是走兩個路口，去滴血大教堂走15-20分鐘，邊逛邊走也不錯，衹是雙人床房間的床比較小，應該這邊也都是這樣吧
