First of all, there is no Adaman Guest House at that address (Liteiny Ave., 60). We've spent hours trying to reach the manager by phone, and when at lenght we got through to him and found the place, it turned out there were no vacancies. So we were sent to a different address where we had to wait again with other guests only to be offered a freshly painted stinking room with overturned beds. It was an impossible place to stay especially since my mom is allergic, so we went back to the previous location in the hope of finding a solution, but this time they simply didn't pick up the phone leaving us in the street. So, to sum it up, it was a terrible experience i wouldn't wish on anyone. You should really think twice before making a reservation. At least do not pre-pay. Unless you're okay with losing your money.

This place is in the best possible location in Saint Petersburg and with a low price👍 but when it comes to services, you can't find anyone as reception or cleaner there, almost ever. During the 3 day stay, I saw someone working there only once and that was when we checked in and she wasn't even there, we had to call her.

Приехали в Питер с семьёй, уставшие после дороги, начали искать гостевой дом, но ни вывесок, ни указателей так и не нашли. Позвонили по номеру, указанному в брони, нас отправили на другую улицу, где находится "Музей магии", сказали будем проживать там И дальше просто ужас Пришли мы вообще в другой хостел, обустроенный из бывшей коммуналки, дверь на лестничной клетке не закрывалась и ночами была открыта Комната с протекающим потолком, не работающими и мигающими лампами, с бельем сомнительной чистоты В туалете кран не работал, приходилось всем ходить умываться на кухню В душе старая страшная занавеска, грибок на стенах Из плюсов: находится в центре, но нужно понимать, что будет постоянный шум и дискотеки из караоке бара под окном Не советую это место

Попала в хостел, туалет общий, ванная со сломанным душем, все грязное просто ужас, в комнате прокурено, за ночь все пропахло. За такие деньги это какой то страшный сон!!! Полотенце тоже пахнут прокуренным, белье не чистое.

Присоединяюсь ко всем ОТРИЦАТЕЛЬНЫМ отзывам. Прилетели в Питер в 6 утра. Около 9 решили позвонить в хостел и попросить оставить вещи до заселения(14:00). На звонок ответили, но сказали, что администратор работает с 10 утра. Мы оставили вещи в камере хранения на вокзале. К 14:00 приехали на заселение на адрес Литейный 60. Ни одного указателя о том, что там находится хостел нет. Куда идти не ясно. Позвонили администратору, он сказал, что перезвонит и мы стояли ждали его еще 10 минут. Не дождались, звоним снова. Он говорит, что нам нужно на Невский 74, в двери музея Магии и на 5 этаж. Там указано название хостела совсем другое на вывеске. Зашли мы в двери с другими ребятами, которые тоже приехали на заселение, но в хостел Адмирал. То есть мы в адаман, они в адмирал и все по одному адресу в хостел с совсем другим названием. Ждали горничную, которая к 2 часам не прибрала не одной комнаты. Везде бардак и разруха. Неприятно находиться в хостеле, причем мы совсем не притязательные туристы. Не дождавшись, ушли искать другое жилье.

Бронировали номера для двух семей. Заранее узнавали, позвонив, прошла ли бронь всё ли в силе. Так же буквально за день до приезда уточнили, всё ли в силе. Сказали что Да. По приезду брони не нашлись, нас не заселили и пришлось срочно в 10 вечера искать другие варианты. Очень ненадежный арендодатель. НЕ СОВЕТУЕМ!!!
