Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City Downtown

This was the best designed room I’ve ever stayed in. Not necessarily bigger, but everything is so logically placed you seem to have so much room!!

So comfortable and clean. Restaurant could use more help at night but food was good.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and informative about the area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.

The hotel was great. The bed were comfortable, the room was clean. Only thing was after a certain time in the evening the cable stopped working.

We often stay at Hilton Garden Inns when we travel. We believe they are comfortable, clean, safe and a good value. The downtown SLC hotel met the standard, however, we noted their maid service was inflexible. On two separate occasions, the maid came by to clean at around 9:30 am. We were still in the room and need a 30 min more, but learned they wouldnt come back. Our request didnt seem unusual given the time they came by as well as service levels at other properties. Anyway, we still like the properties, but this one was a bit frustrating.

I would prefer to have breakfast offered with the room. Also, the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8:30 am (on Sunday), which I feel is too early.

Staff were welcoming & courteous during check-in & check-out. We did not have any issues or concerns with our rooms or the property. We will stay here again the next time we're in the area.
