The location is very convenient as it’s a walking distance to many great popular tourist spots. Staff is very helpful and informative on local commute and transportation to the airport in the very early morning.

房間總體來説還不錯，乾淨整潔，服務人員溝通基本順利，就是美國人比較死板，可能是員工沒啥權限。打當地電話免費。wifi不能用。

La posizione era molto buona e la camera molto spaziosa, ma tutto il resto varia dal pessimo al terribile, camere rumorose, non pulitissime, non esiste un servizio di pulizia delle camere, il parcheggio non era incluso nella prenotazione nonostante fosse specificato lo fosse! Inoltre è frequentato principalmente da gente ubriaca e che fa uso di droghe. Quindi non è stata una bella permanenza.

It’s a nice hotel if you’re visiting with friends, it’s 5 blocks from Castro so that’s fun. Very comfy and clean. It’s a good price too.

Wasn’t expecting much based on price. The sheets and towels were clean however, that’s about the only positive.
