Numu Boutique Hotel, in the Unbound Collection

Our stay at Numu was excellent. The service on everything was over the top. And don't miss the breakfasts, they're delicious. It was also easy walking into the town center and was in a peaceful location out of the hustle and bustle. We would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful stay for our family of 4, in a beautifully appointed hotel. While it only has a small rooftop lap pool, it was more than sufficient for my kids, as there are at least 8-10 loungers surrounding it. The hotel is about a 7 minute walk to the main church/square and adjacent to Benito Juarez park. While Angel, Julio, & Deborah were all so welcoming and shared amazing tips for the city, there really was nothing like waking up each morning and coming back each night to Pancho, the hotel pup! He really made the stay memorable for my kids. Thank you to your hotel for the hospitality. We hope to be back soon!

We had an excellent stay at Numu. Property was extremely well maintained, room was quiet and clean, and the staff were very friendly. We especially enjoyed our time using the rooftop pool. The property’s location is super ideal as it’s centrally located to main attractions but also on a very quiet street. Breakfast was also delicious and if we had stayed longer, we would have wanted to try their rooftop restaurant. Would definitely return to Numu next time we’re in San Miguel.

Don't bother with any meals at this hotel. The coffee comes luke warm the food is not hot. The menu is very weak considering that many of those visiting are from the states. Stayed at another hotel the last time we were in San Miguel where the food was good. Probably a good idea to eat at the Rosewood Hotel across the street. I would expect more from a Hyatt boutique hotel. The reason why I gave this hotel 3 stars was that the room was clean and the staff would try to accommodate. Maybe the Pritzker family should care more about their hotels than IL politics.

Everything about the NUMU Boutique Hotel in San Miguel de Allende was great except for the air conditioning for the rooms. When you pay over $500 US dollars per night for a room (which is what we paid after all the taxes and resort fees were added in), you expect, at a minimum, a level of comfort that allows you to sleep comfortably at night. My wife and I spent 4 nights here and hardly slept a wink, it was so hot in our room. Imagine laying on top of your comforter every night and sweating, praying for the morning to come. The worst thing was it was cooler outside both at night and in the morning, so there was really no excuse for the air conditioner not working properly. After the first night, we asked for a different room. There was only one extra room available and when we checked it out, it was even hotter than our room. Everything else about the hotel was great. it was always nice and cool in the open air courtyard, where breakfast was served. Breakfast was great, the staff were great, the pool area was great, and the rooftop bar was great. Also, the location of the hotel was great. It was in a quiet area of town but easy walking distance to all the attractions, shopping and best rooftop restaurants. If you do not care about sleeping in a cool room at night, then I definitely recommend this hotel.

Numu Boutique Hotel in San Miguel de Allende is a truly a hidden gem for travelers seeking a blend of top-tier hospitality, exquisite design, and delicious quality food and drinks. The highlights for me and my family were: LOCATION - Centrally located next to everything yet still super quiet, intimate, and relaxed atmosphere right next to the beautiful Juarez park! It was a beautiful escape from busy city life. BREAKFAST - I know I know .. breakfast? But seriously it was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Delicious Acai bowls, chilaquiles, avocado toast, enchiladas, we tried it all and it was amazing! We also had lunch once at the pool and their drinks and food were delicious, too! (My photos dont do it justice!) CUSTOMER SERVICE - Thank you Ximena, Gustavo, Angel and all the staff at Numu for being such kind and warm people. Ximena recommended my family and I horseback ride and it turned out as one of the best experiences we've ever had together as a family. Such a peaceful, warm, calm and beautiful experience. I will leave another beautiful review for that! Such a gem! INTERIOR DESIGN - Numu Hotel's interior design deserves special mention. It beautifully marries traditional elements with modern aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that resonates with both history and contemporary chic. I wish I had more photos of the hotel itself not just the breakfast (whoops!) but you will have to experience it for yourself ＜3

Great experience all around. The staff was excellent and the hotel was in a great location. You are greeted by Pancho the mascot.

One of the best places we had stayed. The hotel is small, intimate but the hospitality is unmatched. The bellmen would run down to the markets for us to get anything we needed. Service was outstanding. Drinks are unmatched, we appreciated that they offered mineral water at every sitting, just ask them to add and little tequila and lime juice ;). We ended up upgrading to the suite our last night, it has its own patio with a jacuzzi that overlooks the hotel across the street. One of the best roof top bars. There was no secret that our friends were poaching to come to our hotel and hang. The rooftop pool facing the east with the view of all the homes on the hill is unmatched. Amazing sunsets. The only down part to getting here is the travel, you typically fly into Leon and have to shuttle over about an hour and 40 minutes.

Everything about our visit to the Numu Hyatt in San Miguel was exceptional from the beauty and quality of the materials and design of all spaces (room, common areas, pool, restaurant, etc.) to the cleanliness of the property, the skill and responsiveness of the entire staff (concierge, housekeeping, room service, waitstaff, bar, valet, etc.). The hotel houses approximately 50 rooms and provides a luxury boutique experience.
