The hotel is not on the beach, just a few hundred meters away from Shell Bay, but it has to go uphill. There are no restaurants nearby. There are bicycles at the door for riding. The rooms are okay. One of our rooms had a peculiar smell, but the others did not.

Everything was very good except breakfast, they told us that they were closing at 11 and at 10:30 they were removing everything, and we couldn't have breakfast to our hearts' content.

Excellent hotel. Excellent service and excellent breakfast. A great option in San Sebastián, a short walk from La Concha beach or the Miramar Palace.

The surrounding environment is very quiet, the hotel is very large, it should have just been renovated. The rooms are quite spacious, the facilities are very new, the beds are big and very comfortable. Toiletries are very complete, the front desk attitude is very good and patient. There is an extra charge for parking. Overall good.

Nice clean comfortable hotel. I just found the room a bit cold and the air con couldn't be adjusted to make it warmer. I had to ask for a second duvet which didn't have a duvet cover on, it seemed clean thankfully. The night seemed rather noisy with banging and clunking in hallways which was a bit of a shame. I bought some earplugs and slept well the second night with my second duvet! I find 20euros for a breakfast way too much when there are so many awesome places for breakfast and brunch in San Seb so we didn't eat at the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. Nice layout. However the shower screen leaked so floor was soaking. I found the price reasonable so I wouldn't say no to staying here again. Voilà, Ive tried to be honest.

The hotel is relatively new and very nice. It is a nice walk from the hotel to the beach. I had a good dinner at the restaurant, the bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean. Cannot say anything bad about the hotel. Will definitely go back.

Quaintly located in the hills just outside of San Sebastián Centro. Only a few stops away via the Route 16 bus which stops directly in front of the hotel.
The hotel itself is still young so displays many modern features and functionalities.
Rooms are clean and comfortable with USB ports near the bed for ease and convenience.
Room Balcony size is large enough for 2 on 2 football game.
Hotel staff very attentive and will assist where possible.
