Very helpful staff.
Dated building.
They keep entry door locked at all times and you have to ring the bell and wait every time. I understand it's a safety issue but hugely inconvenient.

Staff is not very friendly, the whole place is very old and falling apart, plus it has a humid smell in the rooms. Don’t recommend.

O hotel é muito bom, excelente localização, perto de restaurantes, estação de metrô e do centro de Santiago, que dá para ir a pé mesmo. O atendimento das meninas da recepção é sensacional, todas muito atenciosas, quarto confortável, com ar condicionado e a cama confortável também. Não tem frigobar, não tem cofre e o acesso aos quartos é por uma escada, mas isso não foi um problema. O café da manhã é bem simples e tem que marcar o horário todos os dias, pois só tem 4 mesas disponíveis. A ducha é muito boa, mas a única coisa que eu não gostei foi ter ligar o chuveiro por um tempo para que ele esquente, ficava agoniada de tanto desperdício de água, até tentei tomar banho frio mesmo, mas não deu, pois a água é congelada.

Hotel muito antigo e pouco confortável. Precisa de modernização. O café da manhã é pobre e o atendimento deixa a desejar. Só mesmo a localização, no charmoso bairro Paris-Londres deve ser elogiada. O resto não presta. Muito ruim.

Esclareço que não é um hotel. A ideia era uma hospedagem num hotel vintage na zona Paris Londres. Longe disso. É uma casa velha com MUITAS limitações. Para começar não trabalham com cartão: pagamento em dólar ou pesos chilenos. O quarto 15 que me coube, originalmente não seria um quarto: não há armários, o banheiro é adaptado e ruim e não há janelas. O café da manhã é fraquinho, para não dizer ruim. E a simpatia passou longe das funcionárias. Como se fosse pouco, uma barata no quarto. Resumindo, não se iluda: é uma pensão duas estrelas e com má gestão. Pena, pois o edificio tem possibilidades.

Très joli hôtel situé dans un quartier très agréable et proche du centre. Les chambres sont propres et bien agencées. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et souriant. Seul petit défaut, le petit déjeuner est un peu famélique. A savoir qu'il peut être servi dans les chambres. Je le recommande vivement.
