CONIFER Hotels in Sanya

The hotel's facilities and service were unexpectedly excellent. As soon as we arrived, plenty of staff were there to help with our luggage and guide us. The front desk upgraded us to a deluxe sea-view room with a fantastic view. Our butler, Vivian, proactively reached out via WeChat and provided various thoughtful services, including a disposable bathtub liner and bath salts. The absolute highlight was the rooftop infinity pool, which offered truly breathtaking views. Although I had read many reviews mentioning a musty smell in the rooms, I personally found it perfectly fine; even for someone as particular about hotel quality as myself, it was completely acceptable. Overall, an excellent stay – I'll definitely be back!
