The room was very noisy and not clean at all. I reported this issue this to the hotel manager. She said due to the national holiday, we are very busy and apologized for that.

在天涯小鎮的普通民宿，有24小時熱水，去海邊方便，出門坐車也方便，房間打掃需要通知前台，不説就沒人打掃。晚上有蚊子，需要點蚊香。

酒店臟亂差，房間裏牆上的插排全是壞的。服務人員態度惡劣，房間裏的床墊又黑又臟，電視也看不了。破損的地方很多。還收按金。不知道有什麼東西了可以用的。早上離店還不給退按金，還要等他們上班檢查完才能退。太可惡了。同程就不該和這樣的黑店合作騙人錢財。
