The service was excellent, especially when it comes to helping old folks and young kids to enjoy their stay. There is this hotel staff, Simran, 欣然, who was extra caring. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Cleaningless The hotel room initially toilet was not cleaned properly but subsequently house cleaning is great. They provide lots of complimentary drinks too. Service They assigned a butler Arif who is friendly devoted to his job and will message you daily whether require to do booking and offer discount. He gave me 4 pink dolphin as a gift despite not using his service, it will be great if he do check whether my kids is boy or girl. Both my boys don’t like it so we returned 2 dolphin with tips to him. Remember to do a positive feedback and screenshot to him immediately after your stay or he will keep pester you to do it right now. He is very hardworking. Concierge not willing to go extra mile to send us to railway station despite nearer than airport. For a 5-7 star hotel, the service is below par compared to the 3 star hotel stayed previously and the 5 star hotel after it. Service is very important and they left me uncomfortable and disappointment. I place it 2 star instead of 1 is that at least they did a birthday cake for my friend upon requesting earlier. Location The location is horrible to me as the dutyfree shopping mall nearby does not permit me to do any purchase as my outward bound flight is at Meilan instead of Phoenix airport which my country does not fly to. It worsen the shopping experience and the food nearby is a sky high rate. Waterpark The only plus point i would rate it great is for the aquaventure water park which is fun and included in the package. The staff is friendly and guide things well to ensure all is safe and secure. The aquarium is very small but still considered good, given its included in package Breakfast I dined twice in Saffron and it was horrible. Food is very oily, carbo food, place is big, messy and many duplication station. They stuffing hotel guess with carbo and food that is oily. There is no changes in food when i dine the 2nd time. Its worst than 3 star hotel. All 8 of us dislike the food, 2nd time i left in 10mins seeing still no changes. My boy only have 1 slice of bread. Had to spend money to dine elsewhere. Check out immediately early that day as there is no other place to dine early morning. I dined once in kaleidoscope which i find at least match standard of 4-5 star hotel. The food is much better, there is no duplication and at least have some protein food. Place is big but much more organised. So if you booked the hotel, i recommend you to dine here instead of Saffron. Overall i recommend the aquaventure park and low season stay as price is still acceptable. Not recommended for high season pricing as there is many better options. The rating is based on 5 star hotel expectation.

It was a great experience there,beautiful area, water park,aquarium and another parts all are great, staffs all helpful and freindly,assistant manager simran was very great, she helped us patiently and kindly.breakfast was great.

What a leisure holiday @ Sanya… Enjoy excellent view, good food and nice services here, thanks to the staffs and their warmest service during the trip. Specially the assigned butler ‘Arif’, always furnish me the timely reminder on the trip, the shows and even check-out and airport shuttle bus reservation…! I’m sure we’ll meet again @ Atlantis Sanya!

Room is very big, clean and new, service is excellent, butler is very nice, helpful and response is fast. Many activities to join and you will not be bored, can access to beach with just a few minutes walk. A very satisfied trip and a great hotel to stay in.

Beautiful place. Excellent staff. Especially our friend Arif Majeed. He was very attentive. He told and showed us everything. Great large room and a delicious breakfast. We really liked the water park. Many thanks to everyone who works in this beautiful hotel. We will definitely come again!

Where do I begin ? A breathtaking experience at Atlantis Sanya. It was my birthday and the hotel prepared a birthday cake for me which was very thoughtful. I got a free upgrade which also had an amazing view of the water park and sea view. The Atlantic club meals were delicious and diverse. The water park is a MUST!! I had an amazing experience. I was only there for a week and still felt like there’s so much I haven’t done. I’ll definitely be coming back. The staff welcomes you with open arms and a smile. Though most can’t speak Chinese, they are still willing to help you. Special thanks to my butler Dikshya Kunwar who made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Assisted me at any time of the day. MAJEED ARIF- who helped me move to much more comfortable room and made sure everything was up to par. Maiya at the breakfast buffet also did a splendid job assisting me. Overall, an amazing hotel with great facilities and helpful staff.

5 great days for my family with Atlantis Sanya! It has a huge and fantastic water park, clean pools and the interesting aquarium. There was some trouble happened by other guests during stay but the staff responded quite quick and by proper way, so we have enjoyed rest of time without further issues. Really appreciated Dikshya for her kind supports during our stay! And also I would like to thank to Dary Chen working for Atlantis Club for his kindness. See you soon again Atlantis!!

No doubt the Best hotel in Sanya for family with young children. Lots of fun activities to choose from. Breakfast is varied. Water parks queue management is sublime. Finally our butler, Majeed Arif, is so active and help us in planning a lot, as we cannot speak Chinese at all.
