There is a car to take you to the square, which is very convenient. The room we stayed in had a view of the sea and the Nanhai Guanyin statue, which was very spectacular! The room was clean and tidy, the big bed was comfortable, and I slept very well at night! You can also see the full view of Guanyin Bodhisattva in the lobby. I will stay in this Nanshan Guest House next time I come!

The hotel has an elegant environment and is very marine-themed. There are marine performances. The hotel is very close to the beach and has beautiful scenery. The hotel is located inside the scenic area. To go to Guanyin on the Sea, you can take the shuttle bus in the hotel to the lobby below, and then walk for about 15 minutes to get there. The hotel provided a free room upgrade when I checked in, thank you very much. The hotel opened in 2000 and has been renovated once during this period, but the internal facilities still have a very ”old” feel. When the shower in the bathroom is turned on, the water flow crisscrosses, but there is no middle part (hahaha) and it has to sway from side to side when taking a shower. There is no open balcony in the room, which effectively avoids mosquitoes, but it also loses a bit of fun (both pros and cons). The hotel restaurant is located in the lobby on the mountain. You need to go up the stairs or ramp, and then climb a short slope to get to the elevator. The above overall feeling is good. Breakfast the next day was very unpleasant! There were three of us and we booked two rooms, both of which included two breakfasts, but one of the room cards only recorded one breakfast! We don’t necessarily go together for dinner. Even if you see that there is only one person living in one of my rooms, you still have to tell me which room it is, right? And I booked a room with breakfast for two, why should I be given a breakfast? ? ? I have a meal at 7:30, can’t I take a walk and have another meal at 9 o’clock? If a friend comes over, why don’t I ask him to eat together? ? ? ? I was stopped from having breakfast early in the morning! ! ! ! No matter how good the mood was, most of it was gone! From our arrival to our departure, the staff was extremely helpful. The check-in process went very quickly, and our room was cleaned daily. The doorman at the hotel helped us with the strollers and luggage whenever we left the hotel.   Although there are many restaurants nearby, it would be helpful to provide clear directions, especially for those who do not understand Chinese. Despite the hotel's location being a bit far from everything, there is a beach within walking distance, and Didi rides are affordable. The resort vibe of the hotel makes up for any travel costs.   Additionally, there is a bus shuttle available to some tourist attractions, but arrangements should be made 24 hours in advance. The bed was very soft and comfortable, with clean bedding. My family and I enjoyed our stay, and the private pool was the highlight of our time at the hotel.   Overall, we would definitely recommend it.

The hotel service is very satisfactory. There is a special car for pick-up and drop-off. It is not tiring to bring a baby with you. There is a vegetarian restaurant next to the hotel. I told the front desk that I can get a 30 yuan discount per person if I stay in the tree house. The hotel food is also delicious. If you want to enjoy VIP treatment, you must try the tree house hotel. You don’t have to queue up with tourists who come in the morning to take pictures. You can take pictures casually when you stroll after dinner. It is very photogenic. At night, you can also go to the Guanyin Temple on the Sea to watch the lights. I am satisfied and give good reviews. The butler provides 24-hour service, the environment is quiet, and there are kittens in the hotel, which are very cute. The children said they will come again next time.

Because of the change of itinerary, one order was cancelled and another order was changed. The hotel front desk and Manager Huang were very patient and handled it very quickly. Because of our personal reasons, we added workload to the hotel staff. I am very sorry and very grateful. 🙏 And whether it is going downstairs and passing by the lobby or drinking coffee in the lobby and needing cups and paper towels, the front desk staff can receive quickly and politely. Hygiene: Because I travel with children, hygiene is a point of special attention. Although the hotel room is small, it is very clean. I specially wiped the curtains and the beams above the head of the bed with white paper towels. The room was cleaned every day for three consecutive days. The good hygiene is the most gratifying thing about this stay. Disadvantages: Equipment: The air conditioner didn't work properly at some point in the early morning of the second night. The family woke up from the heat in the early morning. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. Later, they asked them to come upstairs to the room to debug it. It should be the front desk staff who failed to debug it. What is incomprehensible is that the hotel does not have a relevant maintenance master on duty at night. We can only wait until dawn for the relevant personnel to go to work to repair it. This is Hainan! Hainan! ! ! ! ! Requesting the hotel to adjust a nearby room for the child to sleep for a while, but it didn't work. Later, it was transferred to a room on the 6th floor. The child slept in a crooked way and didn't move. As a mother, do you understand? Room service: The most frustrating thing is that the child finally slept more peacefully. A lady came and kept ringing the doorbell. She actually asked outside the door why she didn't move in after adjusting the room. The moment I opened the door, I was really a little upset. I shouted at her. I don't know if she was scared. Then she asked me if the air conditioner was repaired? ? ? It really makes people upset and speechless... If it weren't for my friend's family living in Zhaoshang Zhenyuan, I would never choose this hotel for convenience. It's too unprofessional! ! ! ! The next day, after packing up and preparing to go downstairs, the hotel staff or the manager changed us to an executive suite on the same floor. In fact, it may be because they felt that we had never seen or lived in a suite? The child of a family of three is relatively old, so I want to ask if you are sincere. Let the three of us live in a 1.8*2 meter bed? I casually asked if there is no room for a double bed? The hotel staff said no, so we said we would not change. The air conditioner in the original room was repaired, and we still lived there. There was really a lot of luggage and things that we didn’t want to toss, and there was no need to toss. Later, I saw that the hotel had a two-bedroom and one-living room room, and I felt very unhappy. We didn’t make any unreasonable demands, and even thought that the journey was happy and didn’t want to add to the trouble. I just want to ask the hotel, are you professional? Are you sincere? ? ? These shortcomings do not need to be in a five-star hotel, at least the chain under Huazhu will not happen. I sincerely suggest that if you want to run a good business, please improve your professional quality! ! ! Give customers a good experience Finally, thank the hotel for giving us an extra breakfast for one person in the morning, and for helping us to collect the sun protection clothes left in the hotel for our friends to pick up, and also delayed the check-out to 2 o'clock. Thanks to the hotel manager, we did not touch the fruit plate sent after the air conditioner was restored, and it has been returned.

The service is really good. The TV in the room didn't work (it wasn't broken, I didn't adjust it properly). I was very angry at first, but I told the front desk and they immediately changed the room and upgraded it. [Victory] [Victory] I was too tired to go to Nanshan Temple during the day, so I just wanted to eat a bite in the hotel. It really surprised me! I have been in Sanya for more than a week, and I feel that this is the most value-for-money meal I have ever eaten! The two of us ordered a hand-held lamb and a shrimp and cabbage soup. The taste is really amazing, and we can't finish it, we can't finish it at all!

The room has a beautiful view, clean and comfortable, facing the vast sea, and you can see the pagoda and Buddha statues on the left. The staff service is also super good, thank you Xiao Zhou and Xiao Zhang at the front desk for helping coordinate, the stay experience is very good. I will continue to stay in Sanya next time.

This newly opened B&B is arguably the most cost-effective boutique B&B near the Nanshan Tourism and Cultural Zone. Every detail reflects the owner's meticulous attention to detail. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and there are two pillow options: one soft and one slightly firm, perfectly suiting every guest's preference. I personally prefer the softer, which was incredibly comfortable. It's a five-minute walk from the entrance to the Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone, making it a perfect base for a visit to Nanshan. In the afternoon, guests can enjoy afternoon tea and snacks, which is incredibly refreshing on such a hot day with a glass of sparkling water. Lunch, dinner, and coffee can also be ordered. Evening movies can be enjoyed in the lobby, making it a great family-friendly stay.
