We booked a family room, but when we entered the room, there were only 2 pairs of slippers, 1 set of toothbrushes, 2 bottles of water, and the shower gel was also empty. The next day, I asked the lady at the front desk for 2 more bottles of water. She said they would be provided after cleaning, needless to say. However, when I came back, they were still not there. I called the front desk to ask them to send them. The male waiter at the front desk answered the phone and delivered them immediately. There are food options around Yiershi Town where the hotel is located, and it is close to the Unfrozen River. If you want to go to Bailang Peak or the ski resort, it is more convenient to go to Arxan City."
