Budget hotel for stay, so don't expect too much. Basically it's stay-able. Cleanliness is ok, aircond is new, staff efficient no nonsense. I choose this place because of location. Around serdang area have alot very good eating places, and it's not too far from pavilion bukit jalil.

This is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. The room was tiny and for some reason, the bathroom has a glass wall so everyone in the room can see you doing your business - very, very weird. The room was clean, and the air-conditioner was a life saver. The hotel is close to shops which makes it very convenient.

Except a guy .all were rude .should at least give a water .I Wanted to change a room .hotel just pretended. Either they could say.its not possible but they said yes but didn't fullfuill .I found very different. But malaysia is beautiful country .so happy to be here.

The boss is very nice and the price is very good. There is a subway nearby and it is convenient to take a taxi. There is a shopping mall behind with many restaurants. There are also several universities nearby.

This is my first experience booking a hotel room through Trip,com This first experience did not please me In Trip.com, the name of the hotel was told Serdang Business Hotel, but when it arrived, the name of the hotel was Sg Besi Hotel. This caused me and Grabcar to get confused Room No. 18 which I received many weaknesses. The room key cannot be locked, it worries me when I go out temporarily to go eat In the coin, the sound of running animals is often noisy and the sound is also heard in the window I expected the noise to be a mouse and it disturbed my sleep. I am worried that the rats will bite or attack my belongings and myself I will not come to the hotel again because I am worried about the safety of myself and my belongings.

A little scary when you get to the hotel. Receptionists cannot speak Malay or English. So the alternative is, he calls his friend to be a translator. But with that price it's ok. Don't ask for more². It's just comfortable because the beds are all queens.
