Well located. The hotel door is small, they offer automatic check-in but if you book on Trip it does not arrive in your email.
In the shower were the containers from the previous client's shower. Bad smell of pipes.

The shower was leaking water.
When we went to shower in the morning before we left, the water was running cold.
We contacted the supposed 'receptionist' by whatsapp, since there is not even a face-to-face receptionist, it is by whatsapp.
He told us he would fix the problem, but looking at the other comments it's clear that's what he's saying to everyone.
We left the hotel having showered with cold water, because there was no other choice.
Spring beds, you moved to turn around and it sounded throughout the hotel. A real disaster.
The only good thing, the location, is central.
But not even to rest at night is worth it.
We will not repeat.

No one at reception. All through codes. You miss someone who can help you with any questions or problems. The room that has touched us is interior and very small. Beds together cannot be separated**** due to the narrowness of the room.

Good clean hotel in a great location I think Seville is a brilliant city youtube Review worth watching @realspain. All of these places are within easy walking distance... and only a 10 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas bus station for the €5 bus ride to the airport

We stayed for 3 nights and wished we had stayed somewhere else! We had a room that felt that you were in a basement with no window but a small patio door which lead into a very small courtyard with no view at all apart from other windows and another door! The room was very dated and smelt of sewage all the time! It felt like you were in a dungeon. The photos on the website are very misleading as we thought we had a room with a window looking out over the street. The beds were very uncomfortable and my husband ended up with bed bites. We heard chairs dragging most of the night and music always used to start and 11.45 for about 45 mins whilst they were clearing up in the bar next door. Reception is not great with checking in only online and constant emails to ask you to check in when you already had. The smell through the whole hotel on the last day was awful, we never had the breakfast that was served in the basement but I think the smell would put you off! Seville is lovely but do not stay here!

The hotel is right in the centre of most attractions lovely walking around Old and New Town. beautiful stay could do with a little make over in the rooms looking very tired but was out most of the day exploring so much to do in seville you won't be bored we stayed 5 nites could of do another every corner something different, staff very helpful but a gem of a hotel for staying will stay again thanks for having us ❤

This is small boutique hotel and there no one at the front desk. Shower kit and clean towel provided. My room is in a decent size with balcony, but my friend’s room is boxed by walls without window. Air conditioning is great.

Did not meet a single person from the staff on this. We had some issues also with the cleaning and house-keeping, only the bed was done but bathroom was not cleaned properly, bit who do we complain to ? No one at the property site
Also there was construction going on opposite to the hotel, was a bit noisy

Had a really good experience booking this hotel. Granted, I was a bit skeptical because of multiple bad reviews, but had a good stay either way. The room was a little musty and the whole place is a bit old, but our room was clean and tidy when we arrived. We were also allowed to put our luggages in their basement area before check-in since we arrived pretty early. The aircon was working well, water pressure and heater were superb though we didn’t need the shower heater much since it was pretty hot in Seville when we arrived. Housekeep was done whenever we needed as well. Overall, you pretty much get what you paid for. As for location, it’s great! So close to loads of attractions! Everything was walking distance (as long as you were up for it). Plenty of restaurants and fast food (for late night cravings) nearby. Right across is El Corte Ingles (depar**ent store) and beside is an Aldi (grocery) so you’ve got pretty much everything you need. It’s also just a few bus stops away from Sevilla Santa Justa! The bus stop is just a few meters away from the hotel so great location overall! 🤍🫰🏼 Definitely recommend.
