A friend in Beijing recommended this homestay. The landlord has good service, the room is clean and hygienic, and the location is good. The transportation is convenient, so I tried to book it. This time I booked "Zi Yan", which is located at No. 99, Chengdu South Road, between Huaihai Middle Road and Changle Road. I didn't expect that the "Shenxian Pavilion" is right at the entrance of the alley. It's interesting. The room is clean, and the white sheets, quilt covers, towels and bath towels are all plastic-wrapped. It's newer than a three-star hotel. The hygiene is also very good. The Shikumen gate, high walls and courtyards have a Shanghai flavor. The boss's service is very good, and the check-in guide is written in detail. The weather is not very good, and they turned on the heating and air conditioning for me in advance. It's really awesome! There are many large and small restaurants around. And less than 100 meters away is the Huaihai Road Tx Young Power Shopping Mall. It's really a vibrant metropolis. Take a walk and take the children to Xintiandi. It's very comfortable! I will choose this homestay next time!

It is recommended to think twice, for those who are mysophobic. I originally booked 5 days and 4 nights. I wanted to experience the B&B life, but I couldn’t live with it for only one night! I highly doubt that people will check in every time they are simply tidied up. Third, the room I was assigned this time was a duplex, located near ordinary residential buildings. It was really noisy, and the sound insulation was extremely poor. I mistakenly thought someone had entered the room several times in the morning! (The door opening and closing of the residents nearby was misunderstood as opening our door) Coupled with the residents' diligent work needs, in short, there was the sound of moving and lifting at night, loud talking and loud noises early in the morning, and the noise was like a scene, which completely affected sleep! The only thing I liked was that the customer service staff had a good attitude and quickly handled the chargeback with us.
