Everything is perfect in this hotel, very clean and nice location next to a mall with lots of restaurants options. The room is big and they upgraded our room to a lake view room. The hotel is very clean and good smell everywhere.

Environment: They said they'd upgrade me to a river view room for free. Without further ado, let's just look at the pictures. Where's the river view? If there's no river view, don't insist; it's disingenuous. Facilities: The showerhead in the bathroom wasn't working. Whether I turned it to red or blue, the water was always cold. Cleanliness: The hotel said they have a policy for food safety and don't deliver takeout. You have to pick it up from the food counter outside. It was so hot, and there was only one takeout counter, which was filthy inside and covered in spilled drinks. It was even worse than a budget hotel. Service: The hotel staff was extremely disrespectful. My delivery guy was standing at the door, calling me and saying the doorman wouldn't let him take my takeout to the front desk. I wasn't aware of the hotel's policy, so I asked him to give me the phone. He dismissively asked me three times why he was giving me the phone. I finally asked him to turn on speakerphone, and he reluctantly took it. Later, I waited in the lobby to buy takeout. I really didn't want it to go into that filthy cabinet. I told the driver on the phone that I'd be right there, right out the door, to pick it up. There was no need to leave it in the cabinet. When I got to the door, I saw the doorman had already herded the guy over to the cabinet. The guy couldn't stand there for even a second at the hotel entrance. It was hilarious. And then there's the fire safety thing: "Fire doors should always be closed" written in large letters on the door, and it was wide open.
