Good enough. Clearing lady very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok. Nice to be able to do our own laundry. Electric toilet. 2 subway-lines come here.

My two friends stayed here when they visited me in Shanghai, they loved it! Check in was easy, room was clean and tidy and across the street from the metro station!

I stay here each time I visit Shanghai. The hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are comfortable. The location in central Shanghai is fantastic.

My family had a very pleasant stay at Pearl Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, great service and delicious breakfast with a good variety of food even for foreign tourists.
The room was a little warm during the night because the hotel only has central AC system. Maybe higher category rooms have separate ACs.

Hotel room was very clean and front desk personnel were helpful. Was upgraded, so got a larger room, which was a bonus. A Starbucks is conveniently located in the lobby of the hotel. Easy access to shops outside. Was a bit far from where I needed to be but that was not the fault of the hotel.
