The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and kind, especially the young lady at the front office, she gaves us a free breakfast for our stay, and we can have as much as we need for the free water bottle, nice

As a English speaker. All of the employees can't understand English. Even I'm trying to speack Chinese as much as I can. Thier face look uncountable. I don't recommend for foreigner if you don't speack Chinese

The room is very clean and spacious. Toiletries are provided separately at the front desk. It is not far from the subway station and is only a few minutes walk away. There are shopping malls around and it is very convenient. I am traveling in Shanghai with my boyfriend. Other hotels in Shanghai are generally expensive and not too expensive. I booked a temporary hotel for a trip and originally thought it was okay. However, because it rained that night, the sound insulation of the windows was very poor.
