We really had a great stay for my son’s birthday from the moment we arrived till leaving. Especially one staff Alex who speaks English, Japanese and Chinese was fantastic. His hospitality and the way of support us made our stay very comfortable and special. We enjoyed whole 2 days with nice show, theme park next door, photo shoot and pool. Really kids friendly too. Thank you!

This is my best hotel experience in Shanghai！The light show at night was very shocking. The food in the cafeteria is various and delicious.Excellent room locationand, clean and tidy.Thank Ms. Grace at the front desk for giving me such a great experience!

We recently stayed with kids at the Intercontinental Shanghai Wonderland, and it was an incredible experience! The architecture is breathtaking, built into a quarry, creating a unique and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms offer stunning views, and the service was impeccable throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, from the indoor pool to the amazing dining options. It truly felt like a one-of-a-kind retreat. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious escape!

Location is fantastic, service is very attentive and pleasant, and while generally the hotel seems to be quite crowded during the weekends the overall impression is very good

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the International Shanghai Wonderland. The customer experience has been exceptional. My wife has left some leftover of cosmetics on the table in the hotel room. The staff Bruce took the trouble to contact us via WeChat to make sure we didn’t leave that behind by mistake. He also alerted us about the light show just before its beginning. The light show was spectacular & not to be missed

Encountered rudeness from other traveler in the beginning but manager Alisa quickly corrected the issue and made sure it was handled properly.Top notched service from hotel staffs and we felt treated like valuable customers as supposed to.
Night show was fantastic and it was worth the trip. Would definite recommend this hotel to other travelers.
