Hotel location is brilliant and shuttle bus also very convenient. Rooms are small but all nice and clean.

hospitality is very good, they allow late check out until 1pm

Every people will like Disney hotel. The Shanghai Disney just normal. If you had go other Disney hotel . The price is same . But I more like Japan Disney hotel .

Very very nice hotel, fantastic service and room view. very easy transport to the park.

I stayed at club level in December 2023. The hospitality of the staff is excellent. The hotel staff is very friendly to the children, they gave me children's amenities and Zootopia merchandise as gifts. The food in the park of Shanghai Disneyland is not very good, but the food at the Disney hotel is very delicious and very satisfying. There are many staff who can speak English. Hotel room is clean and very comfortable. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

There is no place like a Disneyland hotel. And this one does not disappoint. The highlight was dinner at Aurora’s during the fireworks show. Not only was the food and wine first class, but when the fireworks begin, the lights dim and the soundtrack plays. It is almost as good as witnessing the display from the park! There were 3 English channels n the TV (Discovery, NatGeo and AXN - an English movie channel) which were three more than I was expecting. Getting to that park was very easy by either boat or bus. The staff was extremely friendly. And I was always able to find a staff member who spoke English. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone planning a multi-day visit to Shanghai Disneyland (and you really do need at least 2 days to fully experience this park. It is HUGE!)

It might be a 5 start hotel but it’s certainly not 5 star service! I was given a bill at breakfast I supposed to sign for even though breakfast was included in our room fee and when I asked about it they said it was a receipt. I’ve never been asked to sign a receipt for something that I’ve paid for in a package deal. Also my kids wanted to go to the swimming pool so wanted to buy swimming tubes. We were told we needed to wait until 9am for the store to open and I asked many times, if they were sure the store sold swimming tubes before we waited and they assured us they did but when 9am can the store had no swimming tubes. The only solution the pool could offer was to order them to the hotel, this would have been fine if we had have done that in the beginning instead of waiting for a store that didn’t even sell them to open. So we didn’t even have time to go to the pool since deliver would take 45 minutes and checkout was coming.

Staff at disney hotel are offering diamond services, but if you do choose the rooms on third floor, the fan is loud, rooms are noisy in terms sound proof is not good. Overall, it’s very expensive, but you gotta keep kids happy.

Great one-night stay at the hotel. Wonderful staff, very attentive. Rooms are OK, but overpriced for what you get (although guess most don’t come for the room itself). We’ll be back!
