The hotel is pretty well located, above the metro station and 20-25 minutes walk to Pearl Tower. The rooms are pretty big and clean. Had all the amenities needed for our stay. The breakfast was good enough.

The hotel was very near to the city center and conveniently accessible to many restaurants. The staff was nice and the room was very clean.

Amazing stay at Ji Hotel. Hotel is right next to South Pudong Road subway station on Line 2 making it extremely easy to travel around the city. Room was clean with very comfortable beds and staff was extremely friendly. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

One of the best CP value hotels in Shanghai. Very clean and new. Is at the same buildings with Metro station. So convenient. Lucky window view on Lujiazhui buildings and pearl oriental tower. Everyday room cleaning very good. Thank you aunty for the cleanliness

The hotel was fine overall. At first, I was given a smaller room with minimal natural light due to the position behind the building structure. I complained at the front desk and was immediately given a better room with good light and placement. The room had a smell of stale air when first going in, but the AC fixed that fairly quickly. The check-in front desk staff was very polite and tried speaking English to the best of their ability. However, in the afternoon the staff changed and the worker knew no English, not even knowing how to respond when asking for basic amenities like an extra toothbrush or water... However, all in all, in the end it was a great big room with a great view, and I was satisfied.

The location is good. Metro exit 6 is connected to B1 floor of the World Plaza building. And then just go up to the 3rd floor of the hotel lobby. But I only find stairs to go down to Metro station (Believe me, climbing up and down the stairs with a 23-kg-luggage is back-hurting experience! I won't dare to do that again!).

The best feature of this hotel is accessibility to Metro line 2 and L Mall at basement 1 of World Plaza. The window view is not relevant due to low floor levels of Ji Hotel (3rd to 5th floor). This building has Family mart and Starbucks at 1st floor and also has McDonalds and other Chinese restaurants/stores and membership gym at basement 1.

The location is very good for transportation. There's subway station under the building. The room are big that fit for 2 person. Easy to go to downtown by subway line 2. 👍👍👍
