酒店距離朱家角古鎮非常近，步行僅需幾分鐘，周邊交通便利，適合遊客出行。房間設施一般但乾淨整潔，房間隔音差，庭院佈置温馨，鞦韆、露台等休閑設施。服務人員熱情友好，酒店提供免費停車場，但不大，週末節假日停車有點困難。

這輩子不會來第二次的酒店，此酒店有三絕，第一絕，馬桶，總算見識了**上那個神奇的“小美同學”馬桶，你路過它時它打開，當你呈半蹲狀態時，它又分分鐘給你蓋上，折騰了幾次，你終於鼓起勇氣強行把它打開並順利坐上準備發動時，它啟動了沖馬桶模式，這一沖不僅沖洗了馬桶內部，順便把你的屁股、你的褲子、以及馬桶外的地面（行為從側面漏水）也沖洗了一遍，待你解決完內急後想讓它沖，它卻死活不沖了，主打一個叛逆，搞得我對這個馬桶都有心理陰影了，小孩更是寧可憋着，也不想去招惹它。第二絕是她家的隔音效果，晚上躺在床上，那是隔壁的電視聲、走廊的小孩打鬧聲、窗外的居民散步聊天聲聲聲入耳，酒店的客人和周圍的居民也是呈互相傷害狀，夜晚，酒店的客人辦理入住的、户外喝茶聊天的、小孩嬉戲打鬧的惹得隔壁居民樓大媽開窗罵娘，一大早，大媽大爺忙碌的腳步聲，自行車的鈴聲，還有吆喝聲惹的酒店住客有一萬匹“草**”從頭上飄過～～第三絕就是他家的價格，我是提前幾天訂的，結果當天看價格還便宜了60多還包早餐，又不能退了重訂，鬱悶～還有這麼破的酒店要價500+，請問是誰給你的自信，你知道外面五星級酒店是什麼價嗎？就憑藉在景區內這一個噱頭？好吧，願意當冤大種的就去吧。我放幾張照片，大家自己體會吧，不多説了，最後用小朋友的一句話結尾——我好想逃離這裏！

一樓的房間可能連續下雨有點潮濕。二樓還可以，有窗户的採光比較好

位置挺好的，去朱家角古鎮走個幾分鐘就到了，有免費的停車場就在民宿旁邊，跟自家的也沒啥區別，想吃啥**直接送到房間，挺方便的
房間很大，智能馬桶和冰箱都有，200多這樣的配置設施真的算不錯了
老闆人非常不錯，蠻熱情的，主動給了孩子的洗漱用品，拖鞋等，有問必答，看評價裏有些説老闆態度不好的有點詫異，我感覺老闆這個人蠻好説話的呀
總之性價比很高的民宿酒店，非常推薦

房間不錯很乾凈，設施也很新，小院裏很有情調，最滿意的是離朱家角中心街區很近，步行溜達就好。唯一的瑕疵就是頂樓有點熱。

房間大，床鋪舒服，非常乾淨。早餐很好，粥非常好吃，廚房大叔特別好，，問有沒有餛飩，就給煮了。服務員態度都非常好。住在這有賓至如歸的感覺。下次還來。
