Shangri-La Banxia Time Homestay (Dukezong Ancient City Branch)

The hotel owner give us a very service. They pick us up and drop us off to train station without fee. The hotel location is also great! The owner is very helpful, he help us to bring our luggage even thought the hotel have no lift. Also he help us to booked tour to balagezong. Lastly, he also let us use our hotel coat as we forgot to bring ours. Also this is the only hotel in china i stay that has bidet :)

Outstanding service by Boss. Punctual pick-up service and drop-off. Free flow of water bottles during the stay. For muslim travellers, halal eateries available nearby the premise. Nearest just about 100m from the premise. Boss upgraded our room during our last day. Its fully booked during CNY. Necessaries amenities for travellers to cope with the cold Shangri-La weather at high altitude - the bed & floor warmer, in-room humidifier as well as oxygen concentrator machine really help us to get through the weather. Overall really satisfied. Really love the toilet with seat warmer & remote control. Canggih.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Have heated floor so you wouldn’t feel cold. Hosts were so friendly and even offered us free pickup and drop off at the train station. We inform the host that our plan changed and he helped us to book for the balagezong day trip. Location was superb, near halal eateries and very accessible. Thank you so much. We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The room was equipped with a heater, which was a lifesaver in keeping us warm and comfortable during the chilly weather. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making our stay even more pleasant. What stood out the most was the owner’s care and attentiveness. My wife experienced severe altitude sickness, and the owner immediately came to our aid, providing glucose to help her recover and feel better. This level of care and compassion is truly remarkable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, clean, and welcoming place to stay!

Superb!!!! The best hotel with the great service. The staff offered us free pick up & sent to & from the train station & help us a lot during our stay. The room is really comfortable with 5 star standard. Next trip to Shangrila definetly will stay here again.

the room is beautiful . Room is clean with floor warmer and portable oxygen available too.  Host are quite friendly and are very helpful. location is few metres away from the temple.  For muslim traveller, halal lanzou noodles is just around the corner. I definitely will recommend people coming to this hotel.
